OneMain Financial Auburn Way, Auburn

This place jacked me up big time!!! They added $5'000.00 to my balance which I paid already and including jacked up my car payment $40.00. I'm so upset with these people. Talk about a desperate move on there business. Make no since!!! 😡 Chevrolet told me there not good to refinance with. So FYI!

Martha and Tim have been amazing helping me with this process I started this back in April 2019. They helped me clean up my credit sure it's still.a work in progress but I'm not drowning like I was. If I'm going to be late on a payment or something had happened with the payment they both have been kind and flexible in helping me work with my pay periods to make sure my payment goes through.

The front desk is polite enough, but the head manager, Tim, of this Auburn branch patronized me for calling in to pay a bill 4 days late, he threatened to default my loan, for questioning his demeanor, and implored me to complain. This company is predatory, and the employees are rude and ill-informed. Please never, ever, loan from then.

Wouldn't recommend going with a loan through this company information doesn't get put in correctly you will be approved for a loan and then will find out what you are trying to get won't happen like a branded title or Or income doesn't match. And/or if a loan doesn't go through and they will prove you for a lesser amount and you find something for a lesser amount and you go forward with so they will say that they can't approve you for anything it's like they just don't want the headache or to deal with it from my experience

Super helpful. They help people who have a past trying to build a future.. I know that sounds cliché but they are super helpful and they try their best to help you establish a line of credit!

During the initial loan proposal process, the associate we worked with was fantastic. He explained things well, provided us with great options, and moved the process along very quickly. However, after we signed on the dotted line and went home, things kind of fell apart. I called 3 times over the next business days to verify receipt of emails the included pertinent information needed to pay off two accounts. The associate was never available and I left messages with no response. When I finally got a hold of him, he said he never received my messages or emails. So now things are days behind initial expectations. It was very disappointing and irritating. This is more a reflection on this location, not OneMain in general. The only negative I have is their interest rate. However, they are helping me clean up my credit and I understand they are in the business of making money. They are worth at least a phone call if you are in need of a personal loan.

This place is a joke. They don’t even know what an affidavit of release of interest is. How do you finance a vehicle and not know how the state laws dictate how you’re able to a vehicle.

I like the staff, however, I don't like that my online account information is only updated once a month. I never know what my balance is during the whole month especially when I make several payments. Not seeing an updated balance at least weekly, but daily would give a higher rating. So if you are like me, who makes as many payments as possible, I would not recommend One Main at all.

Lost half of my income tried settlement or negotiating and they were not will to compromise. They tried to submit full payment to my back after I informing them it was them or food on my table. They did not care.

We had some issues in the beginning that were quickly resolved. Tim has worked with us several times and I am truly grateful for his dedication to making our experience a great one. Thank you.
