Digital Federal Credit Union Reviews

DCU customer service sucks. Customer service hold times exceeding an hour. DCU farms their support out to overseas call centers who get paid pennies and can't help you with anything. Tax forms are never mailed out. So unless you want to spend Brandon gas to drive down and speak with someone, good luck getting help from this credit union.

The interest rates are great. They’re very hard to beat from any other lender. The customer service phone number is awful. Typically takes anywhere from 1-2 HOURS to get a call back. I find that to be very unacceptable as most other banks will either answer immediately or call back within 15-30 minutes.

Really great staff. Management actually cares. Tremendously better experience than a regular bank.

Terrible. Every other business in that plaza allows customers to enter and exit - yet their lobby doors are locked during business hours. Why? Makes it impossible to manage my business account not being able to come and go more than once a day and deal with a teller. Will be closing account tomorrow.

Great interest rates and friendly customer service but I feel as though 2h35m wait to speak to someone about getting an auto loan is unacceptable. I understand we’re going through a “pandemic” but a 2 1/2 hour wait just to speak to someone about my auto loan is completely unacceptable in my book.

I typically never have an issue.... came today to deposit some cash. They close at 5pm...yet they are closed at 4:30? Sucks for people who have to work all day & then rush to get here for nothing...no signs to show they were short staffed or anything....

Least helpful customer support in town! Dont sign up for this bank if you value your time. Any attempts to talk with someone will be met with robots and hold tunes. Please, stay away from DCU

This credit union mailed me to tell me that my auto loan was in default for failing to produce a Certificate of Title, which THEY are supposed to provide. This was after I paid off my loan. The piece of mail came with a phone number to call to immediately get things resolved. As it turns out, it is just a generic service line. I had to wait on hold for about 10 to 15 minutes to reach someone, and when I asked for the department referenced in the letter, they would transfer me to another general service line. After getting transferred back and forth for about an hour I was finally able to reach someone that knew what they were doing. I insisted that my loan was paid, and that the DMV did indeed send them the title. They insisted they didn't have it. Once I gave them the details and the certificate number, they magically found it where it was "unattached" to my file. Not only did this whole thing cost me valuable time, but I was worried my credit score was going to tank because of a mistake they made. They outsource their customer service so don't expect them to be able to help you with anything important!

I went to deposit a check tonight, and Jon was fantastic to work with he helped me immediately. Then proceeded to tell me about different options that were applicable for me with my current financial status at the bank that I wasn't already taking advantage of. I have only ever dealt with the Fitchburg branch, and I have never once been told about these benefits I've been missing out on. Fantastic service from my first of many visits

This Branch is horrible with the exception of one customer service rep ( Olivia I think her name is she is great ) I have a disability so send my daughter in and there always some issue this time she was a victim of predatory lending which they don’t want to admit to. If I could give zero stars I would as these people go into schools make Themselves all friendly and you can’t even get a branch person on the phone anymore to avoid waiting 1 hour on hold and 6 hours for a call back poor poor port down hill service compared to what they were before.
