Worst credit union ever. Their special employees really need some sensitivity training while people are suffering from the pandemic but over here it is ALWAYS the customers fault - your account gets compromised and not only do they NOT inform you - they also withhold information... When someone asks you for help or what they need to do to bring their account back up maybe and this is just an idea but MAYBE tell them. Help them understand what they need to do instead of throwing them back under the bus. I understand you guys make your money off of others misfortunes but this is ridiculous. Your staff is so disrespectful and nonchalant that it's disgusting. We will be getting our account closed ASAP. If you love your family and friends don't let them get roped into this nuthouse, they'll be taken advantage of next. Guaranteed! I've been going here for 10+ years and they've changed for the worst. They're more interested in making money off you rather than securing your funds during a pandemic or even in general.

After almost 20 years of being at this bank- This branch is the reason my husband and I will be shutting our account down. Which, is astonishing because we have never had a problem with this credit union prior to this instance. The blatant disrespect and prejudice we faced was absolutely ridiculous. My husband and I just sold her car and had brought the cashiers check which was written out by another credit union. We were told it could not be cashed because it was written out to my husband, and the purchaser of the car. Which, we found out later is state law that it needs to be written that way. prior to making the sale we had made sure that the check was in fact real and called the credit union that had issued it. Obviously, this panicked us because we thought someone had stolen our vehicle. The teller went to ask the branch manager to see if there was anything we could do. The branch manager wouldn’t come out of her office until we had asked. Once my husband had asked for her to come out, she had acted completely clueless. Which was insulting to say the least. My husband and I were the only ones coming up with solutions, they did not offer any help, they just told us that because it was written this way that they would not be able to help us. They then turned to each other and acted like we weren’t there anymore talking about other items, talk about rude, disrespectful and just poor customer service. While I’m not one to play a race card, I couldn’t help but feel because we were of a different racial decent that she wouldn’t help us. It was obviously by her interactions with us vs her coworker (who was of the same enthnicity as her) that she was prejudice. The icing on the cake? By state law, the check needs to be written to the seller and to the buyer. So I’m not sure what’s more astonishing here, the incompetence or the blatant disrespect. We ended up going to that credit union where the check was initially issued and opened up an account. They greeted us with warmth, respect and we’re happy to have us. I did end up calling the vice President of customer relations who was very helpful. I only hope that no one else has this experience.

The worst credit union I have had nothing but rude customer service from them both inside the branch and over the phone. Very unhelpful employees. U need help with your money you work hard for and gave access it bcus no one wants to do their jobs and be helpful.

Website says open until 6:00pm on Fridays. They changed their hours by taping a piece of paper to the door. 👎👎

True, they're small and can get slow with lots of people, but their service is outstanding, very welcoming and cheerful and once my turn was up I was in and out in a breeze to open a business account!

Very polite and helpful with fast service every time I go. Even, when I'm in the mist of the 1st & 3rd of month when the others I went to were packed and it took a while.

Polite and quick service every time I go. I’ve never had any issues with this bank or branch. My one gripe is that they don’t have recycling, for any business not to have recycling in this day and age is corporate negligence.

You need better service. Place a teller to run the drive thru. Not make members wait for 13 minutes to he served. Then to make an excuse of I didnt hear the drive thru. After waiting 5 minutes I pushed the call button and still nothing for 6 more minutes! Pathetic and poor service

Great place to do business very friendly staff extremely professional, I was able to purchase and pay off one vehicle through them, now on my second vehicle to be paid off, thinking of getting a third loan, they’re awesome thank you 🙏 .

Worst ever experienced . Very unhelpful employees. Went there with pre- scheduled appointment and waited for an hour still no response. Recommended Don't go this branch.
