Desert Financial Credit Union W Baseline Rd, Laveen Village

I love this location and is my all time favorite branch and I have been a Desert Schools/Financial customer since 1994/95 visiting many locations across the valley!!! Jazmine is the ABSOLUTE BEST

For the last year or two, service has improved greatly at this branch. The company has made efforts to improve customer service, and it shows. It is an easier, more pleasant banking experience. Much more customer-friendly.

This place is more than a bank its different the customer service is real people and polite and respectful also laid back Down to earth and they deal with so many people on top of that they call me up by name , that's when I felt the feeling of family and they look out for me without crossing any boundaries or breaking rules but I am going to have all my family dealing and having accounts here because they have earned my trust ‼.. P.S. N the women are beautifully dressed and attractive not to say the least very professional 😉

This place was ok. But I hate dealing with them now. I went here many times between the months of March and June. They were nice and answered my questions. I had 2 incidents here that happened. Now I hate going to this bank or even seeing there faces. If I have to deal with the bank I literally drive further to get my stuff taken care of. They can be rude and act sincere. Its disgusting. I will never go back until I see new faces. They even lied. Boy did that piss me off!!!! I wish there was someone high up I can complain to. I hate this place!!!!

Avoid this place like the plague. Rude and unprofessional idiots working here. This isn't my usual branch but being I was on the opposite side of town I decided to drop by because it showed up on my GPS. I counted 6 tellers but only 1 person working??? Seriously, this is supermarket branch no bigger than a bathroom. First teller rude, than some illegal cut me in line and 2nd teller allowed it. I'm hoping this branch doesn't last long and closes down. People who work here are in the wrong business.

Went to open an account today after work. Diana Sestiaga was great!! She was SO helpful. She explained and showed me how to set it up on my phone. I left there a happy customer. I had went to Chase on Saturday to open an account was told I had to do it on line that didn’t work. Set up appointment with chase for next Friday. But don’t need that now because I got my Debit card and everything today at the Desert Financial Baseline Fry’s Branch. Thanks Diana!! Keep going that extra mile.

I was there yesterday. And one of the tellers was helping me. I saw someone I knew walk by and I yelled her name but she didn't hear me. Wasn't loud enough. Your teller/employee yelled her name louder for me. Lol that was very nice of her. She got my friends attention. I did not get a chance to thank her! So Thank you!!!

I needed a new debit card and went to 35th st and there machine was down as usual. I went to 51st ave and Jasmine was so sweet. She was able to print my card and my husband's card within minutes.

I was told specifically that if i go into the branch then the money would be made available immediately following a check deposit. Everything all good for 3 weeks, now all of a sudden i have to wait 3 business days for the remaining balance to be clear. Standard deposits similar amounts every week. Nothings changed on my end. Might as well go back to depositing at a ATM they do the same thing but no hassle and smoother transaction.

The gal I dealt with was wonderful, personable and helpful...I could not have asked for better Service ( yes, with a capital S). Her supervisor was very friendly as well. I wish I could remember their names!
