OneMain Financial S 51st Ave, Laveen Village

I recently took out a personal loan with this company and can’t recommend their service due to 1 major and persistent issue with logging onto their website. I have to verify my email address every single time I try to login. When I called the office to ask about it before I signed up I was offered their number to call and setup a fix it ticket for their problem. I went ahead with the loan still after being told I would no longer have to verify my email again. Went to log on today to make my first payment and again I have to verify my email yet again to make a payment. Much more difficult than it needs to be.

Erica is amazing super patient and she answers all your questions you never feel rushed. One Main is awesome and you will be well taken care of!

I applied on a Thursday and by the next day Friday I had the funds in my bank account! This is the fastes process ever! Very thankful for this! I also got a follow up call that same Friday from the manager at the Laveen branch! She was super nice and just greeted me very well also she answered all my questions! Im beyond happy and excited to do business with this great organization!

I received the worst customer service at this location. Not only did they waste about an hour of my time with their "technical delays" but then one of the woman directly lied to me about what I was signing in my loan agreement. I get a call back later clarifying their mistake with my loan agreement and state that I must return that day to resign or I have to cancel my loan and reprocess. Lack of professionalism and complete lack of competency. Look else where for a laon!

Applied for a loan in the middle of April and was told I was approved for the loan and upon completing all the paperwork and not hearing from them for 3 weeks. I called them to get an update on my application and no one answered. Come two days later when I log in to my account it says my loan request was declined. Don’t waste your time here.

Changed my review to 5 star. Just moved from Arizona to New York and I called all three of my car finance companies and OneMain was the only one not to hassle me about the paperwork I needed to register my car in New York. And they overnight mailed the papers I needed. I was expecting a 3 week turn around time like the other places I had to call. Amazing. Thank you guys.

Had a new car loan 4 months in.Got valley fever fell behind.We I was able to go out,I went to the branch office and told them what happened.They had moved my account to the repo division.Spoke with the supervisor and was told to make my payment and they would push my missed payments to the back of the loan. I paid them and returned the next month with $200 more than what I owed.Same supervisor I spoke with told me that they didn’t want my money,but wanted my car. I made arrangements for them to get up .They never showed at all I called branch and was put on hold for sometime.Didnt here from them for over a year.Found out They charge the car off from my credit bureau. Now they want me to make payments or for me to sell the car.Spoke with them again and told them to come and get it Still no response

As long as you have the financial ability to pay your payments and the personal responsibility and discipline to pay them ON TIME you shouldn't have any issues. They are very friendly and helpful when you call or go into the office. Know what you are getting into before you get a loan of any kind. It's called being an adult. If you feel "screwed or conned" it's most likely because you didn't read your agreement thoroughly. I recommend them for consolidation.

OneMain is been extremely helpful to me, I been able to get out of debt with their help, I'm not going to lie, interest rate is high BUT if you be able to pay a little more every month, that will reduced considerably. OneMain, great help for people like me with not a perfect credit but ready to rebuilt it.
