Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Baseline Rd, Laveen Village

wanted to charge me 2% of my a check that was issued thru their bank. mind you this check was a school grant. Unless i opened and account with them. Horrible nickel and dime tactics, it would be more effective to encourage me in opening an acount with them to preform stong customer service. Bad name in an already agressive and controversial industry.

Out of all the Bank of America's in the state of Arizona this is by far the worst one I have been to. The line is always long. The tellers dont care to speed things up and often leave to do anything but assist even when the line is long. The customer service is bad on the management side as well. Not once does the manager on duty jump in to assist. It's sad because the tellers have an example of bad work ethics to motivate them from their bosses. Why do better? On a better note if it is the busiest time of the week when all the workers of the world get paid, expect one teller. Yeah just one very unmotivated teller. Corporate should step in because it's ridiculous!

Rude & disrespectful - my family banked with BofA for YEARS and i finally convinced my father to switch over to a different bank. He still has a credit card with BofA that he goes to pay. Today, he arrived at 5:10pm and as he walked in, they played 21 questions with him. When they found out he was just there to cash a check/pay CC but no longer had a checkings account there, he was told "why don't you go to your own bank to cash that- we have 1 teller and she has to leave at 5:30pm today" Hey BofA - if you want to provide great service and you close at 6pm, please hire people that can work a full shift. No disrespect, just reality. Unless they were discriminating? Than there's a different road to the solution..

Most employees are friendly and nice. Only one person who is incharge there I believed, SHE is not nice at all, not helping customers either. I will just give her 0 STAR if I could. SO 1 STAR FOR HER.

This bank does not accept cash deposits. They are forcing customers to open accounts. When I questioned why? I was told Chase does it that way. I explained to the teller I have had a credit card with B of A for 25 years they could care less. I will never open an account with B of A!!! Big Bank that treats the little guy poorly.

I was told they were out of cash. Next two visits they were closed during regular hours. Who runs this bank? I have a nephew I assure you could run this branch better. He's 6 now but still.

One of if not the worst branches. It should be closed and then they can just have someone stand outside and point to the ATM. Waiting an hour for a temp card is stupid. Issuing a temp debit card takes less than 5 mins. Watch the teller turn people away because they didn't want to help.. Seriously learn to multi tasking. This is sad... Should change the name to Slowest Bank in America...

Can someone answer the phone! I’m trying to book an appointment online and see if my location as a notary but it’s impossible. You tell us to use your website so you don’t have to answer the phone, well what happens when your website doesn’t work? Bank of America has to be the worst bank pretending it’s a good bank.

I don't back with Bank of America but have 3 family members who do. Every single branch, no matter which one has ridiculous lines. This branch is no different. Its 4pm and a line out the door but only 1 teller! Stop doing banking here! I bank at Desert Schools which has way fewer locations and I've never deal with this ridiculousness.

I waited 20 minutes to just cash my check. There were 8 people in line and only 1 teller at the window. That’s ridiculous and to make matters worse, a disabled man had to step out of line due to him not being able to stand that long. There should always be someone able to service the elderly and disabled customers. I will never visit this location again. Shameful.
