I pay for an auto loan here. It is automatically drafted on the same day every month from my checking account WITH THEM. Yet every month I get multiple notices that my payment is past due. then every 6 months without fail, they send me a notice that I need to send proof of insurance. I do. Then the next month they charge me for their over priced penalty insurance and I need to fight them on that. NEVER BANK HERE!

Seems confused how credit unions/banks work. Very slow, very confused, very interested in pushing whatever thing the management wants pushed that day. I've been sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes, and they just decided to bother interacting

Incredibly dishonest and sneaky about their fees. They will find any way they can to charge you major fees on just about any service

Killer branch. Every time I go in, everyone is always nice and attentive (well the employees are nice). It doesn't matter if you go into the actual branch or the drive-thru, they get the job done, first time. Other banks/credit unions aren't like that, you have to fight them to do anything, but here... man, they help you out. I love it! I did like how there were signs EVERYWHERE when they did the remodel, so it was easy to find. I think we were lucky they were even open during the remodel. Speaking of that, I think the layout is weird, but I don't like the "hip" layouts that places are starting to do now. It weirds me out when someone is just sitting on the couch in the middle of the branch, and then the weird little table things the tellers are at are really weird. I feel like I'm supposed to slide up next to the teller and be all buddy buddy with them. I like the funky windows at the old branch. But whatever, it's not a big deal. The branch still rocks. It's not the layout that makes it, it's the employees. They all rock. Don't listen to anyone else, they rock. They follow rules and regulations and make me feel safe. Rock on.

Nothing but good things to say about dfcu. The reason I give 3 stars is because they don't have ATMs anywhere. It is a hassle if I need cash quick.

I came to the branch in Murray to get a check for a car loan and the manager Jason Detton said he could not give me a check because he was too busy and short in staff. The bank had only 1 customer inside and the manager said he only could give me a check after 3 oh clock. That’s so discussion and the problem is that no one from the bank does anything to change that. I live up north by Layton and I can’t wait until 3 oh clock to get my check. Now is 12:23 pm

We went to this bank THREE WEEKS ago so I could become an authorized user on my husband’s account to help with the process of buying our first home. The employee told us it would be effective the following week. After not hearing back, we call them today and they said our request was on their “to do” list and they would get it done today or tomorrow. So infuriated with this bank!! We were told it would be taken care of immediately and for them to treat this matter as something they will just get to when they have time, makes us as customers feel like we are not valued whatsoever. This bank is a joke.

The door says business hours are open until 5:30, yet it's locked by 5:15 and nobody will let me in. How am I suppose to trust these people with my money when they don't even know how to tell time? Edit: In response to the comment below, even if the hours have changed due to remodeling, could the staff at least open the door and tell me that business hours have changed? Everyone ignored me as I kept making circles around the building. They could see me, they just wouldn't acknowledge that I was there. It was like being back in high school all over again.
