I went to GoldenwestCU looking for a competitive loan to help me buy out my lease. Shanelle at the Murray Branch was very helpful. I was stretched for time so when it came time to sign papers she offered to email them to me and have me sign them online. I got a great rate and the whole process was smooth and easy. A very positive experience.

Shanelle was so kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate her help getting a Visa set up. I felt very comfortable discussing what my needs and concerns were. Thanks

My experience with Goldenwest Credit Union was great. Shanelle was very helpful and very quick. The whole Murray branch was very friendly. I'll get all my loans there.

The people they have employed there have no idea how to do their job I don’t know where they hire their employees but they are very immature and don’t know how to count money or no the process of the bank I just went to get money out of my account that people appoint at this bank would not let me withdraw my money even though I had all the information management definitely needs to train employees and when I asked for a Manager the employee said he was on break and couldn’t do anything so I went to a nether golden west and got my money would not recommend going to this one

The older woman with glasses is never helpful. Every time I get her at the drive up Window she makes me come in no matter what. When I came into the branch she was rude and wasn’t helpful at all, I ended up walking out and I hate going there just because of her and I will find somewhere else to conduct my banking

Jennifer was absolutely amazing with the process of my recent auto loan. When things got a bit complicated she went above and beyond to ensure that the loan went through for me. I could not recommend her enough! Thank you SO SO much Jennifer!!!!!!

Jennifer the loan officer got us in as we got here no appt helped us with happiness and enjoyment and made our experience so wonderful. Definitely deserves a promotion.

Purchased a car from an individual with the loan through this credit union. Went into the credit union with the original owner and I paid off the remaining amount owed as part of the purchase. The individual helping gave us incorrect information as to the process for the DMV. Originally I was told that the necessary paperwork would be sent to the original owner. Then later after a week the original owner called and the credit union stated the DMV has to request the information. This was not the case when going to the DMV. Went back into the physical location with the original owner and after getting helped by one person was sent to a loan officer. The loan officer corrected information and gave the appropriate paperwork. The loan officer did not have the paperwork signed properly three times while we were there. Then after being told everything is correct....nope. Turns out that there is still a signature missing from some paperwork so I have to get in touch with the original owner a third time for an additional signature. I would not recommend any type of loan through this credit union because it doesn't seem like they have much experience with it. Everyone was very polite, but this is very frustrating and taking way more time than necessary. Two previous car purchases with two other credit unions the title was presented or sent immediately and there was no issues with paperwork or runarounds or requiring us to demand extra steps from the DMV to get documents that they should have from the credit union already.

Have a car loan through these guys. They wouldn't take my payment cause my driver license was a week old expired. But they took my cash with no problem. My debit card wasn't expired. A honest mistake made by my part not realizing my i.d was expired. But sammie really didn't care if my car would get towed cause of week old expired i.d. " but if have cash it ok" the policy don't make sense.

The ONLY person I want to help me when I go to this branch or ANY goldenwest in general I WANT Sammie c.
