Chase Bank S State St, Murray

The tellers are nice but waiting time is extremely long. Seem understaffed. Banker/Manager always never exist, all desk empty 4 out of 5 times. Or not willing to help because busy or 'policy not allowed'.

The teller was rude and gave bad service. Also told me they couldn't help me because they close at 5 (was 4:50 when I arrived). When I called out the fact that it wasn't 5 yet she then said "well we just don't have time today".

How can a working person get to the bank when it closes at 5:00? Very inconvenient, our credit union is open until 7:00 on week days. We have three direct deposits each month and can’t get to the bank on week days. We will be changing our deposits since they don’t want my business

I'm a bit confused not sure how to go about this but I went up to the drive up with $811 ($20's a $10 and $1) counted right before I drove up gave the guy ( dark curly hair about 5'7" glasses) the money a girl sitting on the counter away from us on her phone and he gave me back a receipt for $791 and asked why I was $20 short he went and counted his money box said he was correct on what he had in his box I'm figuring (assuming) he's skimming from people that bring in a bundle of cash next time I'm walking in to deposit cash don't trust people with cash especially when they turn away from you with your money

I went into the bank needing to close my checking account. Since I hadn't been using it for a few months, I kept on getting charged a fee every month for it. But I figured I would just eat those charges and get it closed to avoid future ones. When I went in everyone was very friendly and polite to me, even though it was close to closing time. When the banker came to help me and I told him my problem, he said it was no trouble at all got it done in less than 10 min. He even offered to link my current debit card to a different account for convenience. And lastly he reimbursed me for the service charges and moved them to my other account for me. My experience with this chase was wonderful and I am very grateful to all the workers there :)

There hours are always closing early. Especially on Saturday , the only day I have off to cash my check. The service is good and the staff are good. But the bank its self is not a good bank. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. You can't even deposit cash because they call it money laundering. Also when you deposit a check they tell you 200$ is automatically avaliable. BUT THATS NOT TRUE. They wait u til your check entirely clears wven when it's there own check. Credit unions are wayyyyyy better!

All I wanted to do was change of address and change of name of the business. I’ve been to 6 different chase banks on the last week. Janet Turner asked me to leave. Told me I was lying about the things the past chase employees have told me in in recent visits. Then threatened to call the police all because I wanted to change my address to make it match state records. . No chase reps in the last week were helpful in the lease. Dont bank here. They all suck.

This location is absolutely horrible! They only have 1 lane open for the drive through because the other 2 are broken. Plan on at least 30 min wait just to do a deposit. They usually have only 2 tellers working and they are running back and forth between the counter and the window. Dang. Come on chase hire more tellers and fix your other 2 drive through lanes! Value your customers time! And dont even think about using there ATM for a deposit, I deposited a 2200 dollar check through there ATM, a cashier's check, got a receipt and the next day it was reversed due to an ATM machine error. So they send me the check back and I take it back to the counter to re deposit it, get my receipt, only to find out now they are putting a 10 day hold on the check! What a joke! Hopefully they are going to reverse all the insufficient funds fees I have received because of this, 34.00 each. They informed me they would but we will see. I've had this account for my business for 15 years, time to move to Wells Fargo!

Chase does not honor their promotional offers and is dishonest. I opened a business account to get the promotional $300 being offered and did everything required to get the promo but the Business Banker forgot to add my promo code to the account. I tried several times to get the offer added to my account, but they would not because the banker didn’t add it to my account when the account was created. Not cool. I am dissatisfied and am taking my funds to a more reliable bank.

I've been a customer of the traits for over 20 years had an automatic payment come through for $9 that I wasn't expecting so I immediately went to the bank deposited the cash to cover it and they still charged me the $34 fee. unbelievable to me how greedy these guys are after getting a tax break of 35% to 21% and then they're going to screw me over by charging me $34 for a $9 charge that came through. I guess it's time to change Banks to a bank that actually cares about their customer
