Had an amazing first time experience with Big Dog Pawn and their staff is fabulous!! Trevor and Craig are pretty funny characters and fun to chat with! Trevor helped me out with what I needed and made sure I got the best out of my experience!! But both crew members made my experience that much better and enjoyable! They will be my go-to pawn from here on out, I highly recommend checking em out! You won't be disappointed 🙃

MUST READ!!! I started coming to this store about 1 1/2 years ago. Needed some quick cash and their service and value of my items was outstanding. I am now currently in the middle of selling my house were some extra money was needed.They have continued to give me superb value on my many items I bring them, and also excellent service.They have made it so easy for me since the first time I walked through the door. Very rarely do I go to an establishment where I do not feel the need to compare or shop around other places. Bottom line these guys are great!

Super helpful with My loan Craig and Trevor were super understanding And helpful with giving me different options to extend my pawn and we're super understanding due to the fact that I got my wallet stolen this weekend. These guys are awesome! They have got me out of a bind I don’t know how many times, whether I’m selling or loaning on something, they are always more than fair. Their first offer is almost always sufficient! Who can honestly say that about a pawn shop?! The place is clean! They have great deals! Very educated and polite staff! The owner is awesome! He actually works side by side with his staff! Honestly if you need a pawn, loan, or are looking for great jewelry, coins, tools, electronics, basically anything, go to Big Dawg Pawn. If your let down it’s probably your problem not theirs. Oh yeah, I was a week late on a pawn once. I called them, told them what was going on; they worked with me and didn’t sell my stuff out from under me. How many of you can say that!? I can. I’ve been coming here for years! At least 10 probably closer to 12. The owner is such a great person. They’ve helped me out when I’m strapped for cash, and also gave me amazing deals on items I’ve purchased. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. No pressure to buy or sell. I highly recommend them. They are family owned I believe and they treat you as such. They offer lower interest rates for military, and dependents. If you are looking into a reputable pawn shop, BIG DOG PAWN is the ONLY one to go to.

Both the manager and the employee were so compassionate towards my circumstances and my need to pawn what I needed. They offered to help me with my future pawns as well as I have never pawned anything before. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and if I need to again I will be going back.

Great pawn shops they always give me good deals on purchases. And even know me by name at both stores. Huge difference from the big corporate pawn shops that no longer give more than a few dollars off marked price and most don't give any deals anymore. I just want to shout out two employees that work there, Craig and Trevor, for being outstanding in helping us. They were very friendly and they did what was best for, not only us, but every customer that walks in. The energy is always welcoming and the vibes were on point as usual. They were great! I needed a little extra money at the time. So I gathered up a few items that I no longer needed. Some tools that had been sitting around for a long time. And a couple watches that I hardly ever wore. And I told them I wanted to sale the tools and pawn the watches.they worked out a great deal. And they took extra caution in handling the merchandise and they made sure they went the extra mile to give me what I thought was fair for my items. The customer service was great! They made me feel at home. And you don’t get that at a lot of pawn shops. So I give them 5 STARS.

My experience with big dog pawn for the most part has been pleasant. I liked the way the gentleman at the state street location was so helpful when it came to finding my husband and I matching rings. However the service I did receive from the redwood location wasn't that great. I was pretty offended by the way the guy who was helping us wasn't even giving any of our items any attention just because it was almost closing time. Thats why I am not giving it a 5 star rating

Not only did they help me understand that I had been scammed with those fake rings that people give you in exchange for money or to fill up the vans because they don’t have any gas apparently, but it’s all a lie, on my birthday they gave me a special treat.
