Hassle free! I came in and got all my paperwork done in a timely fashion. They definitely didn’t hide anything from me and are very self-conscious of client situations. Bryan was friendly and professional through the whole process and recognized my situation for what it was. I have bad-good credit and my interest was high for the vehicle I got, they told me that after a year I should refinance through my bank to bring my payments down which Is something I already realized but for a finance company to mention that shows sympathy for those that can’t afford full term payments with them.

Had a fun time talking with them and getting my car loan most people say don’t go to them due to cost but you are working with a High interest loan company you should understand that you are going to pay triple the amount of the car and if you don’t then that’s probably one of the reason you have to use a high interest loan company

Needed a new work vehicle and found Utah used car factory and they were great. Came to EQF and was helped out by Grace and she is an absolute blessing. Helped me out w the quickness and made sure I understood everything I was signing. I’m rather familiar with things such as these contracts and whatnot and Grace went over everything important and the little things that are always good to know. She’s amazing and although my credit only allowed so much, she did their best to meet my needs and help me out. Highly recommend. If you’re not happy with the numbers? Blame your credit hahaha

Was approved for a new vehicle the process was fast staff was professional , had very good customer service highly recommended equitable finance.

Bryan lied to me about the warranty, he told me that it would kick in after a 1000 miles so when the 1000 miles hits my truck started to make a funny noise so I called to make a claim and the warranty company told me that it won’t kick in until 1000 miles AND 30 days! The 30 days was never stated to me, so I called Bryan at equitable and explained what was going on and he all but called me a liar and told me that he does the same sales pitch to everyone that he did tell me about the 30 days! He also lied and told me that modifications were allowed and wouldn’t void my warranty, well I decided to ask the warranty company and they told me that it would void the warranty! So far I have had my truck for 1 week and have put 1200 miles on it, my warranty won’t kick in for 23 more days which remember was never stated to me, which means I will have put close to 4000 miles on my truck, so I paid for a 36000 mile warranty but cannot use the first 4000 because I was straight lied to! Oh and to top it off they were absolutely ridiculous when it comes to professionalism and courtesy, they lied and they knew because I specifically called them out and told them what was said and they couldn’t even say sorry once, instead they continued to lie! These people in Murray have absolutely no integrity and morals, they are ignorant, and disrespectful! Don’t use them!

If you need a car or first time buyer this may be a really good aption.Grace is such a polite, very helpful and very patience lady she help us with all the process and explain with details.
