Dollar Loan Center S 900 E, Murray

This Business is very unprofessional and discourteous. And they do not assist those with a genuine need based on their individual circumstances. I recently lost my job due to a lay off, but was able to be rehired by the same company on a different project. However, I am unable to provide a pay stub yet as I have not gotten paid. They told me that I could not take out a loan until my payday which by that time I would no longer require the loan. I just needed to borrow a few hundred dollars to hold me over until payday! I was trying to clarify that since I was hired on by the same company, if I could use my final paycheck stub from my previous employment. The in-store agent I was speaking to was speaking over me and not listening. When I pointed out she cut me off and I was trying to get clarification, she hung up on me. Very unprofessional and very discourteous. Don't try to get help from these folks, they don't care about the individual.

Excellent customer service at the Murray location. I needed some extra cash and Yelenia help me to get the most cash, and the payments are very affordable. I was always worried about payday loans, having super high interest, but Dollar Loan Center is the best. The location is clean and they get you in and out with cash on your hands very fast.

My first ever experience and Yelenia was so discreet, kind, professional and understanding. She made me feel welcome and answered all my questions. She is very informative, thorough and respectful. Would definitely go back to her again.

Every time I go, the employees are super sweet and willing to do whatever it takes to help me out. I always walk in super concerned and by the time I leave I’m laughing and smiling, not just because they’ve helped me financially but because they have managed to put a smile on my face with their personalities. They make something that seems so Monday and into something actually entertaining. I don’t think I’ve ever looked forward to going into a loan center before. Absolutely love this place and plan to continue doing business with them.

Esmeralda was amazing to work with. Very friendly and professional. Got me taken care of quickly and without any problems. Explained everything that is required for me to do to make payments and everything.

We've all been disappointed before. You go into the place you are seeking some help from. Get treated like a second-class citizen. When you are done you feel lesser than with the help you asked for not feeling so helpful even though they loaned you some temporary relief. This was NOT my experience at Dollar Loan Center. After my pre-approval started I was very fortunate to have been able to work with Stephanie in the center from start to finish. SHE KNOWS HER STUFF! I went in to complete my part of the contract. Stephanie was very kind, polite, and had a fantastic sense of humor! I want to wish the folks at DLC a very happy holiday and an exceptionally prosperous new year!
