I strongly believe in good quality consumer service! Walking into this location made me feel welcomed and like the two lovely representatives that are there genuinely cared for me and did everything they could to take care of me. Even though I wasn't approved... I will definitely be coming back in the future and telling my friends about First Choice.

I have been through ups and downs and when i need money to get out of my hole or to even go have fun at Wendover i always come with Anayeli. we came in on a Thrusday and it wasnt too busy around 4pm. They have a nice comfy waiting room and while my wife was getting her loan i was with my kids in the waiting room. I was able to notice how great Cindys customer service was and also how she payed attention to every detail. this location has a nice welcoming feel and they took good care of my family. I have been to different types of loan places and always end up leaving because of how judgmental people can be and rude but i am sure this location is different!

I always get the help i need. Everything is straight forward and i always find myself coming back because of the great customer service Anayeli and Cindy provide. The girls are very friendly and always go out of their way to help me.

I have never received a loan from them so I can't comment on that. However, I did make the mistake of applying and was met with CONSTANT emails and phone calls (5 each over the course of 24 hours). One call or email a day should be sufficient. The annoyance was enough to turn me off doing business with this company.

I called this location to see what i needed to bring in for a loan, The phone customer service was on point. i got pre qualified for 700 but only needed 200.00 their rates are good. i called around other places and didnt get the same vibe anywhere else. to follow up i came in and the girls were very nice and work great together you could tell. i told them i was in a hurry because i needed to go to work after and they both made sure to help each other. while one put everything on my file the other scanned and did her verifications. i am glad they took the time to help me fast and still gave outstanding service.

Excellent customer service! The first time i got my loan i was out in 30 minutes or less. When i go to open another loan it usually is under 10 minutes with phenomenal customer service! Both girls are friendly and caring
