Mountain America Credit Union State St, Murray

Have never been to this Branch before. I was Pleasantly Surprised by the Very Friendly Staff, the Clean and Tidy Lobby and the Atmosphere of the place. I was in and out in less than 10 min.

Do not get a mortgage or refinance with mountain America. Long story short I dont know how they stay in business. I hope the couple good employees they have move on to good careers but they have terrible service not the best interest rates and the worst underwriters ever.

We’ve been members for a while, great service until now. Today more than half are closed on Saturday terrible move Mountain America!!! You’ll be loosing more business this way!

I came in just to update my address and get a replacement card and the person that helped me was amazing and went the extra mile to help me and update me on many important things. Her name is Evelyn, I would definitely recommend this location solely based on how well her communicative and customer service skills are. I had no idea you could do so much just using the app. I found her and the information to be very helpful. :)

Usually have a great experience with MACU, but today wasn't so great. Went to the branch on State St because I received a call from the fraud department which I appreciated, although after showing to a rep from the fraud department I was instructed to go to a local branch to have the fraud issue resolved by having to open a whole new account. So by this time is was about 5:30 after speaking to the rep on the phone and I did not want to have to wait until the next business day, but I showed up to the bank with at least 10 minutes, waited in line to get to the teller only to tell me sorry, it's 6pm now and we're closed. You can come back tomorrow to take care of the issue, I'm sorry... I get it, it was closing time and all the reps were with customers, but I only went and left work early because the fraud department had told me to see about getting in sooner than later. All the lady could say was oh I better go lock the doors now. Poor customer service and probably won't be visiting this branch for service.

Pulled up to the ATM machine I was kind of in a hurry I needed to deposit this money I put my card in the machine by the time I got my money ready to put it in the machine the machine ate my card I was totally irritated I needed to get that money in the bank had to wait till 9 try to get my card back kind of messed up my whole day

Been with MACU ever since takeover from DeseretWest CU. Even transferred my WellsFargo over to MACU. They've been there for me in all times, good and bad, and have always made me come out on top!

Mountain America Credit Union cares about everyone. Customers and enen new businesses who are making a difference in the community. MACU is like family to me, there is no financial problem that they can not help me solve.

Theresa the manager needs to be more professional. She needs to stop chatting with her friends on the computer . She seems like she only cares about Facebook while been at work.. I totally disappointed with the manager Theresa at that location . I was asking her for a bank statement n she just said sorry we close in 20min n said no . Come back tomorrow . Wow .

Marina is the best teller I've ever had she was kind and patient mountain America cherish her.and thank you so much marina

I went in and opened a account today. William helped me. All I got to say is he is awesome and I really appreciate it.

Michelle Cline helped me with a loan and was absolutely fantastic through the whole process!!

My husband and I have been with Mountain America for years and we love their customer service! The Murray branch is the one we use most as it’s closest to us. We do a lot of banking almost day to day for my husbands business and I love going there because I’m always seeing familiar faces and I always get an excited hello as the employees seem like old friends. Everyone is always eager to help and never seems like they’re in bad moods and just really enjoy their jobs!

Mountain America is part of the Moneypass Atm network. The only suggestion join be a part of the Allpoint atm network Also. Will be a member forever. Allpoint atm in CVS and other drugstores. Excellent credit union

Mountain America Credit Union has helped me and my family with auto and boat loans when other competitors would not. Every branch employee has been absolutely amazing! They listens and offered suggestions when they new it would help! I will continue to use MACU whenever me or my family needs a loan or help with any financial needs.

A couple of weeks ago my wife and I came in the very last minute hoping to finalize getting our car loan. We really needed to get it done that day because we came from a bit aways. We felt really bad coming in so late and we understood if they couldn’t help us. Thankfully, while all the employees were leaving Ashley stayed to help us! She was so nice and patient despite it being her time to go home. We really appreciated her!
