So the car buying is never a fun one , especially when you don’t have great credit but having guys like Derek out there and dealerships like Countryside Ford makes things so much less stressful. I got in contact with Derek and gave him some info and he got me pre-approved before I even drove out. He asked what vehicle I was interested in and I picked out a beautiful 2018 Ford Edge Sport. Derek went out of his way to take a deposit on the car on his day off today over the phone. When I came to the dealership, I met Derek and he was really nice and personable. He had the car ready to go for a test drive and when I got back, he made the rest of the process really quick. I recommend Derek and Countryside Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle, especially those who don’t have the best credit.

My may didn't start out will... and we had someone hit our car. We tried a few other places to get vehicle but nothing panned out. We try countryside ford with Derek. 3 Trips later between all the we (banks) need this and we need that, and running out of time before we had other places to be. WE FINALLY GET A FORD FLEX. Thank you for putting up with all the craziness and helping my family get in a new vehicle that will help us cart our 6 kids around. Derek Butler was absolutely fantastic he went above, and beyond to help me get into a vehicle. I'm so grateful for this man's professional, patience, and help all the way around. From being told no to a new car, or being told our negative equity was too high, and even told to just go bankrupt from other dealers; DBUTZ came through! We never expecting to go in, and walk out with a 2020 Ford Escape in less than 3 hours. It was an amazing experience with the best staff possible. Derrick was amazing he's a man of his word! He stayed on top of my deal and got me approved before I even came out! Great guy! Plus he will text at anytime of the day for his customers! I went there on Saturday not getting my hopes up getting a car, cause I been to 6 other places was denied cause of credit score. So I went to these guys and they got me approved for a 2016 Ford Escape with a little money down.. I was totally shocked but very happy.. my family needed a suv and Derek and Lucas made it happen. Derek was amazing! My Bravada is broke down, i was using my dad’s truck which is about $140 to fill up. I couldn’t waste gas so he made sure i was approved before i even came in! This is my first new vehicle and i love it! 2019 VW Jetta! Thank you so much Derek. I’m definitely telling everyone!

We were of course skeptical and thought this was all good to be true, but it turns out it was true! We walked out with a 2018 Kia Forte and couldn’t be happier! Derek and Cheyenne were very helpful and not pushy like most dealerships are. They really helped find us what they could in our budget, with a low interest rate and a GREAT deal on insurance. It was an hour and a half drive for us but totally worth it!

We went to a different dealership prior to going to DBUTZ Francois Ford and they were not as willing to help us find the perfect vehicle. Derek and his team treated us with respect and made us feel like our business was important to them. They were all super down to earth and actually a lot of fun to work with.
