Avestar Credit Union employees goes above and beyond to help us members. They are friendly and always willing to help. For Mike and I we have been greatly helped getting back on track from circumstances that have happened over the years. We are beyond pleased with the Credit Union.

I have been a member here since I first began working at Perry Printing in 1984. From the moment I became a member until this very day, I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and everyone involved with this institution! When banks had always seemed to find a way to make everything difficult and measured me by a simple number score, Avestar Credit Union never ever did! From the most difficult times in my financial life to my ultimate successes, none of them would have been possible without the fabulous people there! I have since moved over a thousand miles away but my account remains, and always will! Avestar Credit Union, setting the standard in personal financing.

When I first contacted Avestar, I was looking at purchasing a vehicle. Things weren't quite lined up like they should have and they were very kind in letting me know what I needed to do to for them to be able to help me. When all my ducks we're lined up and ready to go they were very quick and helpful for me to purchase my vehicle that I absolutely love driving everyday.

I work with a number of banks, and Avestar is by far my favorite. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because it would be great if the online banking for bill payments was upgraded.

Have been with the credit union for over 2 decades. Have had a good experience most of the time. had issues .. with a missing card that was never delivered and they wanted to charge me for a card I never got... went round and round to get it cleared up. Also there is one or two tellers that are not very friendly. But over all been a good experience ..

I have been a member of the credit union for about 15 years and I am very pleased with the staff and the service that I receive. The entire staff is friendly and always ready to help. I have had the misfortune dealing with another credit union that I am not pleased with at all. The other credit union makes me very grateful for the staff and service provided at Avestar. Keep up the great work!!

Rachel was awesome to work with. She helped my husband and I with our truck loan. She also helped us reduce interest rates on all of our other loans as well. I really like the personal attention Avestar provided.

I'm sorry I only gave a three star review before. I'm sure I was upset because I did not get approved for the mortgage I was looking for and took it out on the credit union. They were very friendly. As I said before, it would have been nice if they would have at least met me in person. I get it though. In these days, Business is business. I challenge you to make the conscious shift to do conscious business.

I've been a member of this credit union since shortly after I was born, thanks to my father setting up a savings account for me. Everyone here has been helpful whether it was a loan or a fraudulent charge to my account. They haven't ever let me down. Great place to do business!
