I mainly delt with the evening service team. They were so nice and made me feel welcomed. They told me they think somethings wrong with the transmission. I am not totally confident on this truly being the problem. But the girl at the evening service department brought my bill down alot. I walked away spending 99 dollars all said and done. The bill was at least 250. That is so awesome of the service girl and manager to do that for me. That's how you do business. Yes I look forward to do business again and yes I will tell everyone I know how what a great experience I had there. Thank you so much. 4 out of 5 stars only cause not a 100 percent on what is really wrong

Buying a car was so easy. I've always bought private party and have always tried not to buy through a sales department. this all changed yesterday. from the price of our almost brand new used vehicle to being put at ease and knowing i was in good hands by Vince, and the rest of the sales team. Got good money on my trade-in. Definitely recommend it for all new and used car purchases from here on out.

I had a great experience here recently at Countryside Ford with salesman Derek Butler. I reached out about a pre-owned vehicle and had a good conversation with Derek via text to set up a test drive and he was very easy going, attentive and knowledgeable about the car and had answers for all of my questions. After a great test drive experience and more questions I ended up moving forward with the purchase a few days later. The sales process was made so easy with all the documents ready when I got there, along with them picking me up from dropping off my rental car and taxiing me over (which was super nice of them!) - then it took 5 minutes to sign everything and I was out the door in my new car! Everyone at Countryside was extremely nice and helpful and Derek was fantastic at making the whole purchase easy and not the stressful experience you usually think about when buying a car. Thanks Derek and Countryside for everything - I love my car!

Dropped the vehicle off for an oil change and a slow leak in a tire. Replaced the tire and never completed the oil change even though the vehicle sat there all day. In all fairness I haven't had any other issues here, but this was rather disappointing considering it was the main reason I dropped the vehicle off.

Highly recommend this dealership. After shopping around for our car, I found the exact car I wanted at this dealership. The dealership was an hour from our house so I did all the negotiating including getting a price on my trade in over the phone. Brent and James were very easy to work with. We were able to pick up the car in less than 24 hours from my call to the dealership. When we arrived the car was ready to go and James made the paperwork process very easy. We’ve bought a lot of cars and this was by far the best and easiest transaction. Worth the drive!

Buyers be aware of this dealer buying cars accross border .They sold me a vehicle from Canada and the US won't honor the factory warranty now.

We were very happy with experience until we left now it has been a nightmare! It took 2 months for us to pay the taxes and get the plate for this car because the correct paperwork was not done. My Boyfriend spents hours of his time trying to get this done. And we were told there was a 30,000 mile warranty on the car only for me to be stranded 2 month later in Arkansas with. DEAD Cadillac, a $500 tow, and a $1500 repair on the alternator. When I called them yesterday about the warranty they said we had it tool them forever to get back to me on the true warranty they sold us for OIL CHANGES

I would like to thank erin in service for her efforts on helping me out with my 2012 f150. It was there for over 2 weeks because of some manufacturing flaws on some of the parts that were needed. She did a great job and I would definitely work with her again in the future.

Took my F150 to another Ford dealer for The Works Package. They advised me that the drain plug and oil pan threads were stripped. The only fix was a new oil pan at $1200. I told them to put it back together the best they could and I'd go somewhere else. Contacted Countryside Ford in Columbus, WI where I purchased the truck. Spoke with Rachael and made an appointment. They were able to install an oil pan and drain plug repair kit, replaced my oil and offered me a loaner car for the day at no charge to me. Rachael stated that I'm a valued customer and they want to keep me. Outstanding customer service! In the future I will not hesitate to drive the extra miles for sales and service at Countryside Ford.

Purchased a Ford Bronco from Jared Ferger and financed by Derek. Did not feel like your typical car deal. They were both straight forward, honest, easy, and casual. They made the time quick and easy and did not feel like your typical pressure slick car salesman. It was straightforward no haggling or dickering. Was honest and up front. Couple of straightforward fellas.

Brought our Escape in for a rear suspension issue that another dealer couldn't diagnose. Countryside not only found the issue right away but also found it was a known issue and found coverage under the extended warranty. Service staff was very friendly and had prompt communication.

I have never been to so many ford dealerships that do not want too servixr there ford vehicles. I drive a 2022 ford transit 350 with a ford service contract. I drive cross country doing essential deliveries for medical supplies and automotive parts. Was told by ford corporate when purchased too go into any ford dealership and tell them what we do and that we would get our oil changes and tire rotations without appointment. I have gone too 4 dealerships today trying to get a oil change and have been turned away at every location. This is not exceptable and horrid customer service at there service departments.

Great staff and great service. Replaced out a flat tire on unscheduled service and had me out in less than half hour. Also repacked my spare back into my trunk!

So I went to Countryside to drive and possibly purchase a newer Murano AWD. After a couple drives thought it was very nice. Price tag was high. Ben my sales rep was very good to work with. Very good indeed. Ask for Ben. He’s the best, very helpful. They were quick to remind me that the Murano is still under factory warranty. But after a drive to Minnesota I found the the dual temperature control still reads in Celsius. I was told that Nissan covers bumper to bumper for 3 more months and they can take care of it. Upon my test drive I told them the collision warning and intelligent cruise was not operational. They said it did, but later admitted it didn't Ben got it to Nissan the same day and it was repaired under warranty, I am not sure why at that point they didn't have the Celsius switched back to Fahrenheit on digital display . My point is ask specific questions. I have doubts that used cars are gone through and checked well. And at the end at signing they ask if i was promised anything by anyone that was not done. Then you sign stating such. But what if they lead you to believe items are covered under a new car warranty? And then they are not. That should be a red flag. If any of the 2 big issues are not covered under factory warranty I’m guessing I have to go back after 9 days and hope they back the SUV I purchased. And finally. No Carax. Auto check is not Carfax. I think there is a difference. I pray for a fair result. Murano is awesome comfort. And standard features. I had to pay my own carfax for peace of mind. If this story ends well I will change my rating. But I don’t feel good as I hoped I would after buying an expensive SUV. FYI. Buyer beware. That will be confirmed by Nissan. . I have a trip to Nissan this week, and then an appointment for service after. Just in case. Buying a SUV at $30K should be an enjoyable experience. I am trying to work with James to buy back this beautiful SUV. After a brief sit down with sales manager James and General Manager Vince. The result was GM asked James to possibly locate a similar SUV built in US. In the few colors I mentioned. Maybe this will work out. I hopefully will hear back from them about a buy back. Still under Nissan original warranties. The odometer now is at 21,876. Dealers need autos. I know this may cost me but as much as I love Murano. (This is my 2nd). It’s lost its comfort in my mind.

They did not being honest about the rear bumper, they knew about it and not mention about it till I got home and notice something not right, it was bended and damage… they did try to satisfy me with new bumper but still not satisfying me since I have to pay for it and they offer me discount on parts and labor but why should I pay for parts and labor with business that not being honest… and I have went there 4 times for different vehicles and I got this issues.., I doubt I will go back to them again… I will just go somewhere from now on… if you going buy vehicles from them.. I suggest you to inspect the vehicle all day to make sure there’s nothing wrong or hiding since they’re not being truthful….

Service was excellent. My car was taken in for service as soon as I got to Countryside. Everything that I was told needed to be done was done--nothing more, nothing less. Check-out was quick and efficient. It was a positive experience. I had rear brakes and a new battery put in.

Not a great experience to be perfectly honest. Purchased a 2019 Taurus in October 2020. Only received one key. No owners manual in vehicle. Have yet to hear back about receiving one. Passenger side mirror was going to be fixed. Told we would receive a call to set up a time. No call as of yet. Decided to call today and have the part shipped to my house and I’ll install it myself. Sent an email October 27th regarding other issues. Less than a month after purchase. Never received a response in any form. Very displeased. Even more disappointed after hearing supposed good things. No follow up. They were quick to respond when it meant they were going to get the sale, but after that, crickets!
