Currency Exchange W 183rd St, Country Club Hills

Very rude , unprofessional, customer service is horrible … lady at window was making jokes about my tax refund check with the other co workers … was rolling her eyes and just the worst experience I’ve ever had going to a currency exchange and it was my first time going to this one I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN ….

Recently went into this business and received terrible customer service. The employee did not want to accept my money. Workers should understand the ethics of how to treat a customer who is utilizing a business. Please look into hiring and screening appropriate applicants that will help you gain business rather than loose business. This employee also used inappropriate language to me as well as the supervisor/manager not fixing the matter. 9/2018 Many Complaints have been filed concerning this branch employees customer service. Negative Environment Please make changes.

The Africans that work there have a negative energy...they are cold as and unfriendly. They seem to look for ANY reason not to cash your check...even if you are a REGULAR customer. the gentleman that works there is cool though.

Some of the workers in here are really nice then is some of them that are really not I have no problems when I come in and pay my bills here they need to clean up in there also instead of talking about the people that's is waiting in line to be helped

Cashier refused to cash a state issued refund check because it was 10 days past the issue date. Not 30; TEN! Nasty attitude overall. I’ll never go there again.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars on may 08,2020 at 1:48pm the fat light skin girl was eating chipotle as I walked in and Then acted as if she was deaf. An rudely said we don’t accept cash use the atm! I just instantly walked out very rude unprofessional unpresentable workers.

I went in today to get my liscence plate sticker the young African lady with the glasses was beyond rude to me! Made me feel very uncomfortable getting served by her! I honestly think she shouldn't work there cus her customer service skills are horrible! She even threw a pen threw the window at me!!

They closed the door and turned lights off one and a half hour before actual closing time. Literally in my face. I really needed it to be open as it states. Worst CE eve.

I thought the lady that helped us was lovely, fast and courteous.

Came in at 9:55pm, door was locked, called them in, girl was by the window and said lock is on timer. During week is till midnight.
