Check `n Go Kedzie Ave, Hazel Crest

I’ve been coming to this location on and off for quite a while now. When I was there today I noticed there was a new employee, Jasmine. She is so nice and helpful. She’s very pleasant and made me feel super comfortable. I don’t know if she’s from another store or not. But you should definitely keep her. I’ve come across some very rude employees at other locations. But this location seems to always have the best. Whenever I come back I’m gonna definitely look for Jasmine. She’s such a pleasure to be around.

I been going here for about 3 yrs and Juan had been wonderful. He has been able to help me in any and everything I've needed. Him and every staff member he has had in the past 3 years has been excellent. Keep up the great work yall!! I'm sure I'll see yall again soon.

Check N Go HAZEL CREST Store 827 has been my life line for 10 months and they ALWAYS make it happen EVERYTIME! Juan is a great manager and Eliza is also a great team player! EVERYTIME you call they ask who they have the pleasure of speaking with? The Customer Service is EXCELLENT! I thought that I wouldn’t qualify for anything due to my credit history and a bankruptcy. I’m telling you GOD has worked some miracles out of this place and they never make you feel ashamed or look at you crazy when you come back even when you said you wouldn’t (like me). Definitely the definition of a family feel and supportive neighborhood loan store! They really work with you & my family has also enjoyed their services! Lastly, they do EVERYTHING with a smile! I love them! Please go support & tell your family & friends about them! ♥️

I have been to this Check N Go a few times. Everytime that I have been there, Juan has been super courteous and helpful. If you are looking for a place to get a loan, I would highly recommend this location. Their service is top notch!

This is an update from my last review and too bad I can’t give 10 stars but honestly this place is truly deserving of a 10 star rating. Times are tough and the people here go out of their way to be extremely helpful, respectful and kind. I can only say positive words about Juan and Eliza. I sure hope that management knows what an asset these two are. Thank you all for always being kind, really appreciate it!!!

I like to consider myself a good Steward of my finances a person who plans for the unexpected and is properly prepared when it arises but from time to time I do tend to need a little financial help and that's when I can turn to Check n Go I call my Hazel Crest store The No Judgement Zone place!. There's always two magnificent people there Juan and Liza, that's always willing and able to help me for whatever the reason of my loan. there's never any questions intrusive,prying unnecessary Questions asked. I really like that Liza and Juan are the two best team members you could ask for they're going to take care of the business take care of you as a customer, No Guilt Required. That's why it makes me glad to know that i can depend on Check and Go in my time of need.

Just want to say that Juan and alliza are the best employees they are a dynamic duel team when one is not here the other is able to be just as efficient and well knowledgeable about any give question or situation. They really go above and beyond for the customer. And believe me when you take out a lone they really make sure that your going have a full understanding of the policies and payment guidelines .I've done business with at least two other Check and Go .and by far these two employees are the best .I wouldn't change or trade to leave them for any other store . They are keepers. A very valuable asset to to this Establishment.

This establishment has been there when I needed them!!! Always treated royally, no kidding!! Always a smile even when they are super busy. They are really appreciated by me!!! Juan and Eliza are awesome!!!

Very misleading to get you to come in. The girl lies over the phone. She gave me two different names. Have you wasting your time. I was told I could use my bank statement but once I got here I was told I had to go my bank to get a bank deposit slip. They made me sign a whole lot of papers just to get a payday loan for $130.00. The guy Jaun got upset because I was frustrated that he told me he had to give me $30 on a net spend card and $100.00 in cash. This place has bad customer service.
