ABOUT A MONTH AGO I SAW AN ADD ON CARGURUS, I WASN'T SURE OF THIS PLACE AT FIRST. IT'S NOT CARMAX" OR A PLACE THATS WELL KNOWN. I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH A SALES PERSON NAMED AYMAN HE SOUNDED SINCERE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE GAVE ME VERY POSITIVE ANSWERS THAT I ASKED IN REGARDS TO THIS VEHICLE. WHEN I ARRIVIED I SAW NOTHING FANCY ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP. I GUESS YOU CAN CALL IT A MOM AND POP KIND A PLACE. WHAT I SAW WAS THEY HAD A LOT OF NICE CARS ON THEIR LOT. I WAS LOOKING TO GET AN OFFERDABLE SUV, AND THATS WHAT I FOUND.. A ONE OWNER 2005 AWD MERCURY MOUTAINEER 6 PASSENGER SUV. CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT. AYMAN WAS MY SALES PERSON HE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND TOOK CARE OF ALL THINGS THAT NEED ATTENTION ON THIS VEHICLE. THE OWNER MOHAMMAD WAS ALSO THERE AND MADE SURE I WAS SATISIFIED WITH THE SERVICE I WAS RECEIVING. THE MECHANICS RICARDO AND YASSER WENT OVER EVERYTHING ON THIS VEHICLE. THEY REPLACED A DEFECTIVE REAR CARGO DOOR LATCH. THE VEHICLE WAS DETAILED IN AND OUT EVERYTHING LOOKED AND WORKED GREAT! THEY ALSO SUPPLIED ME WITH A CARFAX REPORT. I WAITED A MONTH TO GIVE THIS REVIEW. ( PURCHASED AUG. 19 2017 ). I'M HAPPY CAR RUNS GREAT! THANK YOU ADVANCE AUTO MART.
