We financed our home in September with the Zinteam. It was a seamless process. Everything flowed so well i didn't need help, but if i had Shane Kellerman was just a call away. We just finished refinancing and that process was simple and quick. I'm a realtor so i really appreciate the great service and communication. I have referred them to many of my clients. A few have told me they couldn't believe how stress free they made the process. I couldn't be happier with the personal care that was given to me by the whole team.

Doing business with this company was the WORSE experience of my life. Their lack of communication and professionalism caused me not to be able to close on my house on the date expected. In turn caused us to have to put all of our things in storage and live in a hotel until they decided complete things that should have been done in the early stage of the process. Meanwhile my storage was broken into and everything stolen except two dressers and I had to be hospitalized due to all the stress they caused me. It has been over a month since I closed on my house and to this day NO ONE has taken ownership or extended an apology of any kind. Steer clear of this company if you want professionalism, communication throughout the process or someone to actually work on your file.

Steve and the Zin Team have been absolutely amazing through out my whole process as a first time home buyer. Steve helped me gather all the documents I needed and improve my credit score to get the best rate. Two years later I still get helpful tips and updated information on my investment.
