We've worked with Mark both on our initial mortgage as well as a refinance. We really enjoyed working with him each time. He was always super responsive to texts and questions, especially as first time home buyers and then again during a refinance being self employed during a pandemic. It was a mess (as everything in 2020 is) but he was great in helping us through all of it and giving us good practical advice and information.
