Dave rescued me from a situation that almost went terrible and I am now closing on the loan to my dream house in a few days thanks to him. I was actually working with another lender and trying to find any way to get into this home without having to sell my primary residence first so I did not lose out on the contingent offer I had pending on a new purchase. I was constantly told, "no, sorry, I don't think this will work, I wish I had another answer for you" and so forth. My realtor put me in touch with Dave and it was a completely different story from the first conversation we had.
