I used Simplify Home Loans to refinance my loan and get a better rate. It was quick and simple thanks to Matt and Chandler. Chandler got me started and then I dealt with mostly Matt to finish it all up. They were both very responsive and helpful at all times. I highly recommend using this company. At first I was impressed with their customer service and the rate. I did a cash out refi with them in June. I trusted what they told me how they would process a certain transaction (HOA balcony loan) at the backend of closing. I SPECIFICALLY stated the amount of cash out I wanted to have after all was said and done. The confirmed it and all was correct when the loan went through. Well 5 months later, they had not paid the HOA loan and haven’t been responsive. They waited at least a month to reply each time I follow up. They are saying the title company messed up and now changing the cash out amount to adjust to the missing loan amount. This has ended up being the most stressful process and I’ve been paying interest on a loan they were supposed to pay off. I wouldn’t gone with them if I had known this would happen. I recommend DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM. It’s been 5 months and NOTHING has been resolved.

It is rare in this day and age to find a company that really cares. The people from your company were extremely professional in every way. When I was working with different individuals I was worried. But they never missed a beat. I was called several times a week to keep me informed of my status and how things were moving. It was a pleasure to be able to deal with highly professional people. I called on Aug 24th and by Sept 21st my cash out money was already deposited in my account. Start to finish less than 30 days incredible. I got a better finance rate so good it dropped my house payment by about $250 a month and I was able to take 16,000 cash out on top of that, amazing.

All of the staff was totally great. Easy to reach and great at getting back. The only problem I had, which is a major problem, we were told not to make our August payment even after the closing and everything had been pushed back. Due to us being told repeatedly not to make the payment it was reported on our credit report and both of our credit scores dropped over 100 points. Once again everything else was great just dropped the ball on this huge issue. Update: So after seeing this review I was very quickly contacted by the company and they have worked tirelessly to help my wife and I fix our credit scores. They have gone way above and beyond trying to help with this to the point of hiring an actual credit repair agency. Also let me add that the "ball" that was dropped on the loan not being paid off in time was not dropped on their end. They have gone above and beyond with satisfying my wife and I. I would totally recommend this company to everyone. Yes would we not have had to deal with this with another company maybe, but knowing that i have a company that has my back like this means more to me. The broker Ben Parker was very helpful. Informative and pleasant. Matt VanAllen was my rock. He had the patients of a saint with a 76 year old computer illiterate. Throughout my life I have purchased six different homes and refinanced twice. Simplify Home Loans was the most professional company I have worked with in obtaining a home mortgage. All of the companies I have used have been competent but Simplify Home Loans went above and beyond. Caroline Morris, my loan officer's assistant, was courteous, friendly, very professional and responsive to any question. She provided informative weekly status reports which I consider an industry best practice. If I had a question, Caroline either called me back or sent a text, within an hour. I would highly recommend Simplify Home Loans and given the opportunity would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Sent us a VERY shady letter (implying that they were involved with my home loan) and tried very hard to hide who they were within the letter. The only mention of their company was in the very very fine print. Is that a company with whom you want to do business? Can't contact them without allowing them to send you MORE unsolicited offers either.

Working with Simplify Home Loans was amazing. Eric and Baylee were both great, professional, understanding and responsive to any questions I had. I work graveyards and Baylee understood that sometimes I'd miss her call but she would email me instantly to let me know that she called me and what she left in the voicemail. She understood my schedule and worked with me great mostly through email.

Something stood out about the mailer we were sent to refinance. Since we bought our home we get several a week but this was the one that caught my eye. With the great reviews we decided to give it a go. We did have to purchase some points but our monthly payment and interest rate are much lower with very reasonable closing costs. Everyone was very friendly. My only complaint was feeling like they had no knowledge of what military forms they needed and assuming that my husband was no longer active duty. We would have closed a week earlier if they didn’t keep asking for unnecessary dd214’s and hard to reach forms when an orb or lls are perfectly acceptable for proof of service. That being said. No harm was done and we had an overall good experience. We would do business again.

Well we started a little rocky , they weren't listening to my needs , like I wanted to put an additional $30,000.00 towards the principle when I refinanced and that was overlooked. It took a little more time for fernando the Assistant to get on the same page with me . When we overcame a couple of obstacles of this company not listening to my needs , they rocked and I could not have had a better outcome. Nice people but the process took much to long. If your refinancing a manufactured home these may not be your guys. There are things they should have known going in that would have spread things up. Loan did close but it took more than 90 days.

I was skeptical to call this place being that I just so happened to get a letter in the mail 2 weeks before I was closing with American financing. I am very very happy that I decided to do so, they saved me $6,600 in fees compared to the other company I was dealing with and I just so happen to call them by chance. The transaction was not stressful for 1 minute and I think the entire rate reduction took a total of around three to four weeks. Simplify Home Loans was reccomended to us by family members and friends. Usually my wife and I don't trust anything a friend or family endorses, cause let's face it, most of the time, products may be good...but never live up to the hype. However, Simplify was awesome. I hate interacting with people in person most of the time, especially when it comes to signing documents and dealing with clerical work for a mortage. But we signed 99% of documents virtually, and our loan officer (Matt) and his assisant (Emma)... were "Johnny on the spot" resolving any issues. Chandler Wilson -Alyssa Engilman TEAM is capable of MIRACLES, saving us over $500 monthly, with NOTHING ADDED to the mortgage, no payment for the program!! Offers from other companies were not even close to what Chandler offered! We had only 3% interest on previous mortgage, &, did not plan to refinance. Chandler's unique ability to explain business, like no one else, made us to give it a try. Chandler DELIVERED MORE, than he PROMICED! We learned: not all mortgage brokers are "created" equal. ALYSSA is a JEWEL, incredibly attentive to detail, highly efficient. My concerns were addressed immediately, calls answered instantly. She made me feel, like I was the only her client in the whole world! I was asking myself: "How can she do it?!" Amazing re-finance experience. So simple, I literally made one phone call and sent one email and was done with the initial approval and paperwork. Megan kept in touch weekly with updates and was responsive any time I had a question. Closing took place at our house and was very easy as well. I highly recommend their services!

Simplify Home Loans is the perfect name for them. They made my refinance process so simple. I was very impressed! They were quick to respond to questions. They made it very easy to communicate with them in the fashion that best suited my needs, whether it was email, phone, or text they were there for me. Simplify carried the load and I simply (pun intended) road their coats tails to an incredible refi rate!!!

Just refinanced with Simplify Home Loans. My loan agent, Brenton Lamb deceived me into making a mortgage payment to my previous mortgage company on the evening before closing the following day. He stated that his company would reimburse the payment. I never received reimbursement, worse I never received a call from Brenton Lamb to explain the error. That cost me an additional $1500.00. Avoid!!!.

I responsed to their mailing, which gave me an offer that sounded very appealing. I accepted the offer and from there it brings me to where I am today, with a very low interest rate which will allow me to pay off this loan with the least amount of internet.
