Credit Union West E Dunlap Ave, Phoenix

Came into this place last week to do a $38,000 refinance on my vehicle was told I will be receive a call back nothing go back in today they say they’re going to take my number down and call me back again, why is it that I can get no help here even in person??? I have great credit and everything I’m sure their bosses would be mad to miss out… smh

I've been a member of credit Union West for 4 years now. I have had nothing but outstanding service from everyone I've come in contact with at credit Union West. Yes I've had a couple issues over the years but all of my issues were handled and taken care of to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. I just received my second loan from credit Union West and I would like to thank Victoria and everyone else a credit Union West that made my loan possible. Highly recommend credit Union West

OK, I've changed my rating on here. It was at 1 because their lobbies (and the entire branch I use) were shut down for a loooooong time. They're now reopened and, while still not the most convenient credit union I've ever used. There are no drive thru tellers at this location. BUT, I did recently lose my wallet and they were able to get me a new debit card the same day I cancelled my lost one. Definite thumbs up for such a convenience👍

Went to location 2nd St & Dunlap, was 9:15a and the employee's car were in their parking spaces. Knowing they be open, but their doorbell had a paper over it without any words. Not one employee came to the door to say if there was a problem. No consideration towards their customers! Plus, the ATM was out so called temporarily. I give this place zero but gave a one star for parking space available.😏

When I need to go into a branch I usually use the North Mountain location and seem to always get Christopher. He handles my issues quickly and professionally I'm happy to be a customer.

About a month ago I started working for my second job which is McDonald’s and a few days after I started working for McDonald’s I’ve gotten paid from my first job which was Amazon for which was $234.52, I used the app Earnin to get some funds so they took off there Little bit of money which left me $70 which I had used to pay a portion of my car note off, the next day I’ve gotten paid from McDonald’s for a check of $380 dollars which I put $300 into my savings and $80 into my checking account and spent $59 on my remaining balance for my car note which left me $26 on my remaining account balance. A few hours later I go and I check my bank account again and it’s -$80, so I call and make an appointment for 12:30pm I talk to an representative named Amy Freeman and she was highly unprofessional, and rude to other customers, I waited for about 30 minutes before I met with her and I explained my situation to her but for some reason she didn’t see the problem and she technically blamed me for my account going negative but in a more formal way, she removed the $35 NSF fee which I shouldn’t have gotten in the first place. She told me that she removed it out of Generosity even though there was a mistake on there end and did not own up to it, so it got to the point where I wanted to close my account with them and take my business elsewhere. But if you get Amy Freeman I recommend you see someone else because she’s very rude and highly unprofessional. one last thing she doesn’t even dress professional either

Most unhelpful bank ever. I have to have an acct to break a $20. I am a member but didn't want to sit dn and go through a process for two $5's and a $10. Hate my bank!

They are a bunch of crooks! Starting June 1 2018 they are not accepting any payments over $500 dollars on card to be processed! They only way to do so is if you have a routing number of your bank or checking account ! I now have to go show up at the branch office just to pay because I loaded my pre paid card up with the right amount and it’s over $500 ! Thanks for making it more stressful credit union west ! Not everyone trust banks to hold there money ! I know I don’t. I will never recommend anyone here ! I hope you go bankrupt or better yet let’s just say out of business

I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company right now. I was approved for a loan to buy a ATV at Superstition Motorsports. After several days of getting all the required documents I was suddenly informed Credit Union West does not due business with Superstition Motorsports. It would have been a lot quicker and easier if I would have been told your company only deals with specific dealers before I spent several days getting documents for no reason! This company completely waisted my time!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible service!!!!!!!
