The service here is beyond quality. You feel like your doing business with friends. The price is affordable and they work with you. If they can not work with you they give great recommendation for to still win at the end of the day. They try there hardest to make you feel comfortable with any purchase and or pawn.

How disappointing my visit was today! I usually come in with my husband. I came alone and was offered half of what other pawn shops give my husband for the exact same item on multiple occasions. Don't come alone if your a woman! Sadly 😭!!

Loved this pawn store, the main guy that took care of me is very nice and respectful, if you need fast cash this guy is the man. Very professional and doesn’t look down on you for pawning your goods. This place is a joke! Whoever manages tweeted OfferUp page doesn’t know what they’re doing. They’ll tell you they have something available and when you show up, and it can’t be found, they’ll just tell you they sold it. Such a waste of time!

I'm not exaggerating when I say Alpha Pawn is the best pawn shop I have done business with. I will be doing business here from now on. The staff are easy going and very helpful. They also give the most money for your stuff and are very honest. In my opinion, even if they are out of the way, they are worth the drive! Edit: I had called many different Pawn Shops for my gaming monitors. Sean at Alpha Pawn seems to be the only person out of all of these other shops that took the time to see the value of what I had and actually help me. It truly feels like they are trying for a win win and not just out to only make their money.

Alpha pawn is now my go to pawn shop. I highly recommend coming to this location. Employees are always reasonable and professional.

Two shops before alpha hit me with the standard 50% of all your items value and your lucky to get that approach. Alpha offered me $50 more. Now to some of you your saying "it's just $50"... And you would be right. But when your already taking considerably less than what you paid that $50 is the difference between a reasonable pawn and "you got totally screwed". I did $50 better and got the amount I needed to consider selling. I have been in quite a few pawn shops in my life and this is the first time I have ever actually pawned something. I told them my bottom dollar out the door and they met it. They didn't laugh they just looked things over and agreed getting where I was coming from. They give you about 10% more than most shops. So if you have a good value sellable item you can expect to do a tad better here than elsewhere. If I'm ever in tight and need to sell something you can bet I'll stop at alpha before anywhere else!

We have dealt intermittently with pawn shops over the years, but every single time left us with a horrible impression of the industry as a whole. Then the pandemic hit and we were stuck, so we went to Alpha Pawn, down the street from our new house. We have had nothing but an extremely wonderful experience with Sean and the folks of Alpha Pawn. From the first time we went in and saw how kindly they treated customers who were clearly regulars to the kindness they showed us has been indescribable. They are clearly in the industry to make money, just like any business. But unlike every other pawn store we have ever been in, these folks are also very clearly wanting to help people as well. They've gone out of their way to be kind, courteous and extremely helpful. In these trying times, I can't recommend Alpha Pawn enough. If you need a little bit of a helping hand, reach out to Sean and his people. They won't break your wrist for asking for help and will, more than likely, extend their hand to pull you through a stressful time.

I had a great experience here. I have never pawned an item before and was walked very clearly through the process by the owner. Very nice guy. It is a very simple deal and the repayment was alot less than I expected. I had always thought if I was to pawn something ever it was going to leave me feeling like someone had taken advantage of me or that it was going to seem impossible to get whatever it was back. It was quite the opposite. Quick, easy, professional, and polite. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very helpful and very personable. I needed some quick cash until this stimulus check came in. They valued my guns quickly, and they are more rare than most, and gave me a fair deal for a short term loan. I would definitely recommend them for any short term loans.

All other pawn shops I’ve been to look for a way to grab money and make a sleazy deal. Not Alpha. Amazing customer service as well as beneficial negotiations for both parties. The deal was ended with a hand shake and a ‘thank you’, not an eager hand wanting my money. I will continue to check in for tools, tack, and anything that I am in the market for. Highly recommend this place for hunters, mechanics, cowboys, and outdoorsmen.

Excellent customer service. After driving around The Valley with other pawn shops that have bad customer service my final stop Proved to be worth the wait. This pawn shop gave me the best offer for what I was pawning and also gave me a really great loan when I really need it, I love this place.

I just sold my crystals and the staff were so nice. Even though crystals and gems aren’t really popular in this area and I’ve tried many other places. They took them off my hands with some negotiation. Give this place a try and see if you can get a hand on my crystals.

As a 50 year old male and professional musician it would probably be an understatement to say I've been to and worked with a number of pawn shops in cities all over the country. Since my live shows have been put on hiatus for the last year due to Covid-19 I have definitely at times needed some help and quick cash. I can say wholeheartedly that Alpha Pawn is hands down the best pawn shop I have ever dealt with. A great shop with great products but more than that, they are the absolute greatest staff I have ever dealt with! Sean is not only helpful and knowledgeable but is one of the nicest guys and really runs a wonderful place! His crew of J.D. and Den are also great and super nice guys too. I couldn't say enough positive things about this store and staff. When it comes to the pawn game, Alpha pawn is truly the #1 shop in Phoenix and I highly recommend checking them out!

I rode 4 miles to this pawnshop because it is the best pawnshop in Arizona. I didn’t get exactly what I wanted but it was what I expected. The guys in here are friendly and will do everything it takes to help you out thank you very much for what you do. I came in and was assisted by Den, who was really helpful. I called a couple different pawn stores to sell my computer and Den was the only one I talked to out of all of them who seem to actually understand and know what he was doing. No parking whatsoever, very cramped and cluttered, very unhelpful staff not interested one bit in what you're looking for. Everytime I saw a price tag I had to do a double take since everything is SOOO expensive. There's a million other pawn shops in the area, avoid this one!
