THE WORST COMPANY OF MY LIFE. Thieves, liars, and scammers. Tried saying I was 4 months late on my vehicle payment when I spoke to someone two days before and he said I was only 30 days late which I was about to pay. They repossed my car and gave me 15 days to come up with a plan either pay an amount I didn't have or my car is gone. I tried calling throughout the 15 days and I was always put on hold or transferred. Every person I talked to said something different and lies even though I showed them PROOF of my car payment. I WILL be getting a lawyer involved. I promise you don't want to deal with this company.

Watch out for these people. Every month they try and charge me $91 for a "Loss and Damage Waiver" fee. They claim my insurance doesn't list them as lein holder (which it does!). Every month I have to call my insurance company and resend the info so I don't get charged this fee. Not mention the professionalism of this company is garbage. Be very weary of doing business with Lobel.

They are charging my ex husband $220 for not having insurance coverage that he has had on the vehicle since he got it. We have sent the declaration page at least 6 times to 2 different fax numbers. The insurance we have works on 6 month policies and they keep saying they are getting policy information for the span that would be a renewal policy that can't possibly exist yet. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and get the same run around answer of "please fax to this number." I have a copy of what was sent to them and it reflects the correct information. They will not accept the information by email. This is no way to run a business.

In the beginning of the month their employee marlin over charge me. It's almost the ending of the month and they still haven't refunded me my money. I've been calling almost every other day now and it's the same thing "on were resolving the issue and will call you back". Nobody hasn't called me back yet. And the sorry part is that I sent a money order to them and they can't find it!!!Their customer service sucks really bad . one time an employee laughed while I was explaining my situation. If I could get out of my contract with them I would. People do not lease with this company.and if any one has any advise please can you give it to me.

I had a loan for about a year, then sold the car and got financed through a company with a much better rate. The women in the office are extremely rude. If you want to pay extra toward your principal you have to make it at least $500. on top of your usual payment or they won't accept it. There's no option to pay online (?) Come into the current century people!! I'm so glad I don't have to deal with this company. They suck.

No ONE has a right to require vaccination status to be employed. What a joke! they want workers to be injected with this bioweapon, I hope they are ready for the lawsuits!

I thought i was done with these guys. These bums still taking money from me from a vehicle that I dont have. Don't ever do business with these guys. No warning or some type of notice stating that the car still has payments. If they'd sent a notice obviously I would of understood.

This company is a rip off and they lie to steal your vehicle from you when almost paid off. I had an agreement to pay the remaining payment for this month on a Friday and even have a voice mail from supervisor saying it was okay still. They took my car the following day and the repo guy wouldn't let me get my stuff out or give him key. Now to get the vehicle out its gonna cost almost what it is to pay it off. I would own this vehicle in 5more months. I'm so pissed as they know my situation. I've always communicated and now they make it almost impossible to get it back. DO NOT FINANCE THRU THEM!

I was with lobel Financial for 3 years. I never had any problems I was never late they were always really helpful and I was always in and out when I went to the office. If you don't want issues with your car being repossessed then don't be late it's that simple .my carpaymet has and always will be Priority . I never had the problems other ppl are talking about because I always made sure my due date was a date I knew I could make and again I was never late !!

It was a very bad experience, I had to send a minimum of 5 times proof of insurance via fax and mail, this during the past 3 months, and their response is that they receive incomplete, 3 pages only have 2, that strange . I called customer service, they told me I was doing wrong, that I did not know how to send a fax, my response was. Someone in lobel does not do his job, and he cuts me off the phone call
