I have to say that my experience with Suburban Mortgage, specifically Melissa Diamond was amazing! I was referred to her by someone that spoke very highly of her and they were right! Melissa kept me well informed, helped guide me the entire time and got everything done with speed and efficiency. Even after my loan was done Melissa continued to guide and coach me and offer input on what to do to improve my financial stability. Her attention to detail and dedication to service are amazing. I cant say that I can refer 100 people to her but can say that if/when anyone mentions a loan situation she will be my one and only go to. Our experience with Suburban Mortgage was exceptional. The whole process with our lender, Patricia Murphy, was as smooth and seamless as could be. When we started our loan, it was a very stressful situation for us, as we had not done this in years, and were not sure if we were qualified to get it. However, Patricia guided us through the process, helpful at every turn, always there if we had a question or concern. Her professionalism and friendliness throughout was the best, and much appreciated. Looking back, we could not have asked for a better experience. This is my second mortgage with Suburban and I highly recommend them and refer them exclusively. Service is excellent, rates are too. Suburban quickly and professionally gathered my info and provided two viable options that saved me hundreds a month. They were patient with me when I got COVID in the middle of the process that caused delays. The portal they use is the only reason they got 4 stars instead of 5; some items took several uploads and I hate rework. Finally I asked for help and Heidi got it all done in 24 hours.

I was first introduced to Jennifer through my real estate agent over 5 years ago and I feel lucky to have had a great real estate agent and lender guide me through the process. Jennifer was always willing to take the time to explain every step of the finance and refinance process and set proper expectations. She never made me feel rushed, always followed through and responded to any questions or concerns I had. Both Jennifer and Sue Ellen who also works out of this office were always very attentive and kind. I would highly recommend them, especially if you are new to the process.

Really, really wonderful experience. I highly recommend Chantelle - she was knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole experience a lot less scary than it might otherwise be. I've heard that tons of lenders aren't closing on time given the current market in phoenix - and that's not the case with this team! they went over and above to be ready by the estimated close date and then were flexible as we hit some bumps in the road that caused a minor delay (on the sellers side). Way better rates than my bigger banks. And they had amazing customer service - it was great to be able to just reach a person with a quick phone call...not sit on a 1-800 number line for hours. Would absolutely recommend.

I worked with Dale Prost on a refinance and a purchase. Dale's attention to detail was outstanding. He was able to catch issues early and correct them. He was in constant contact and explained the process in simple terms and discussed different options that were available. The process was expectedly frustrating, but I say that in a good way. I just absolutely could not believe how easy Rita Wensel, and her team, made this process for us. The best part was that everything was done from the comfort of our own home. I was able to just upload all my documents and email everything right over, and if there was anything missing they would let me know right away so our loan process wouldn't be delayed. I had purchased a home before, but the experience was entirely different. Nothing more than your average mortgage brokerage agency. There are some that are far worse, but there are much better ones too. In general I personally didn't feel that my process, questions or needs were considered important to the persons who were assigned to my file. The people assigned to my account were often changed without anyone letting me know until I was being asked to provide something from this new person. Things were extreamly rushed at signing due to lack of concern for assisting me with anything that wasn't considered standard procedure. I was told about 4 different times during the last weeks that I would have to complete this or that task immediately or things wouldn't close, creating added stress for me during an already stressful experience. Nobody from the agency ever bothered to check in nor did anyone ask about my experience until the emailed invitation to provide a review.... so you got yourself a brutally honest one!
