Jerald and the Team are super helpful and knowledgeable with credit repair. They are also patient and understanding. If I ever had a question they were able to give me an answer. I recommend if you are serious about making a credit change, please take the time to save money and really work with the team for better results. Do not go in there thinking you do not have to do anything, it is a team effort. I will definitely be back to further improve my score.

In the past, I have worked with Scoreology. The owner moved away and I decided to meet with Jerald at Credit Solutions located on San Juan Blvd. After our meeting, I will not be doing business with this company. I asked simple questions and didn't feel like they were answered or that I was even being heard. He continued to type away and ignore them. As I am on a budget, I'd like to know up front what would be the monthly costs. Instead of responding to my questions, he would say, "So what, what are we doing here...I don't understand?" All I wanted was a few of my questions answered. I felt like I was being rushed and being pushed into their services, even though I still had not decided on giving them my business. I feel a good business should communicate well with the customer. In my opinion, if I didn't feel comfortable meeting with him now, I think it would be worse as a client. He'd be the same of not answering my future questions, being short and ignoring my calls. This is my experience, I hope yours happens to be better.

Staff is very friendly and I always receive a quick response by email or return call back. Staff provides updates frequently. They are understanding of any changes I need to make. Place of business is clean and has a positive atmosphere.
