Southwest Federal Credit Union S Miller Ave, Farmington

Rude staff, there were 2 employees working on the day I visited and no line. I waited a good 10 mins and had to ask if anyone was going to assist me. And the individual who assisted me looked annoyed. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Customer service is horrible, they never answer their phone’s. What kind of business is this? Farmington nor the Albuquerque office ever answers. They also don’t return calls.

been a customer for years and I called to make a payment and was told to call back the next business day and the teller says she's not going to waive the late fee because I should know better. Very unprofessional. For sure I'm going to close this account.

I just opened an account A few weeks ago. And I have been calling for days to get someone on the phone to speak with. I've left multiple messeges. Left emails. When I do get a person on the line I get told I'll get back with you and never hear anything again until I start calling again. Unfortunely they close early and am never able to stop by office, so calling id my only option. I don't recommend this place at all.

Been with them for maybe 2 years, financed a 2 campers and a vehicle.. At least every other month theres a problem.. first they called saying I was late, when the money was in my account.. TAKE THE MONEY OUT!!.. The next month same thing again.. Cant get it together.. Now this month.. They call saying I'm 0.11 cents short.. are you kidding me.. Albuquerque office lady says.. If it's not paid it goes on credit report, for 0.11 cents.. WOW.. Then she says ok I'll pay it for you.. I could understand if it was even $10.00 but 0.11 cents.. Give me a break.. I'm going to find somewhere to refinance my stuff, this bank is a joke..

This place had some bad reviews a few years back. I had a great experience her. The teller was very nice and friendly. I was greeted when I entered. The bank was very clean!

Have very great service,. Because I have a secret # u folks don't have,you gotta know someone.

i have not been able to see my acct now 4 days and no one has answered any of the phone numbers. I realize the holiday but i cannot access my acct on line we should always be able to do that

This place is an absolute joke!!! If I could rate it 0 stars I would!!! Thier customer service sucks!!! I've had more problems with my account than with any other bank. Everytime I would call with questions about my account I get told something completely different. No one knows if they're coming or going. DONT TRUST THIS BANK WITH YOUR MONEY!!!! They'll come up with some b.s fee just to get money from you

Always friendly service. Have financed multiple vehicles over many years and have had nothing but great experiences.
