Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) E Main St, Farmington

Worst financial centre in Farmington. No matter what time of the day you go in, they have long lines with only one cashier. Today I went into this bank for cash deposit, as usual they were about 12 people in a line so i left and try to use the drive thru ATM. Unfortunately, one of the two ATM was out of service and the other wasn’t accepting cash deposit at that time. I mean totally unpleasant experience. Being the only bank in town they should hire more people to help the community.

Who is running this place? Wotkers dont seem happy below average customer service besides 1 teller he is great but hea the only one ever working i use this bank 3 times a week long line 1 teller every single time

Bank of America in Farmington NM needs another location to open up. Forever lines n there's like 2 tellers working serving 18 people in line on their busiest times. Needs improvement

Opened up an account recently and there was a little wait time but over all it was such a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. I'm so happy I decided to bank here. Thank you BoA staff of Farmington NM.

Been with BofA as long as I've banked. Moved here from AZ and my first thought when I came to this Farmington branch was "I'm switching banks" because of the long lines, but have since changed my mind. Yes the line has been to the door a few times in the year and a half that I've lived here, but it's never taken as long as some people were writing in their reviews! It's important for people to understand that the tellers are doing their job. Sorry if it's an inconvenience to YOU that there are only 2 at a time, but that's not their fault. I use to be so impatient, until I heard 2 customers ahead of me being Extremely rude. Yes, lines are often long, but not if you go in at the right time. Plan accordingly if you are in a rush. I saw a lot of reviews about rude staff..... must've been a different bank because I have NEVER seen the staff being rude to Anyone, even with customers yelling in their faces--literally. Overall, be understanding. It's not the tellers' fault that there are only 1-3 tellers at a time, and it's not the tellers' fault if the customer at their counter has a difficult or long request. If you're in a rush, schedule accordingly so you're not walking in during a rush, OR schedule an appointment.

I just wanted to say that working with Ron was a great Experience today. He answered all the questions that we had and helped us get set up with a joint bank account. He helped us choose the Account that would benefit us the most. He also helped us Set up our online banking with the app. He was very informative. Before we left, the manager came and spoke with us. He made sure that we Understood everything that we had done today before we left. I am very happy with the service that I had with a Bank of America today. Thank you!

Nice place, but of course its always busy on the first couple of days and just when I happened to go. Took them a while to get the line going, since there was only one guy. They waited until the line got to the first door to then help move the line along.

Whoever manages this branch needs to bounce. People are nice, but they always have lines and only 1 teller. Other employees are often just standing around.

They have hours posted on the door and they don’t follow them. The hours are inconvenient for everyone else that works regular hours on week days and the four hours they’ve got posted on on their door for Saturday’s are not followed at all. Take the hours off the door or put a sign as to why they aren’t open.

They are always closed when it says they are open and they never answer the phone. Horrible service
