DON'T trust Cortrust with your mortgage. This would be ZERO stars if that was allowed. Cortrust paid an entire year's homeowners premium TWICE to two different insurance companies without ever questioning if it was the right thing to do. Apparently, Cortrust places its own interests before its customers and refuses to take any responsibility when it gets caught. In fact, a supervisor in Cortrust's mortgage department told us he had to check with their attorneys to see if Cortrust was required to comply with the LAW. There are better choices!

I worked with Chris Larson on my recent mortgage refinancing. He was incredibly helpful, and went out of his way to make sure everything was completed on a short timeline. I would absolutely use CorTrust again for a future mortgage.
