Very happy with CCCU! I got a great rate, and the customer service was off the charts. I can't thank my mortgage loan officer, Andy Ng, enough. As a first time homebuyer, I was nervous and a bit overwhelmed, but Andy really put me at ease. He was so accommodating and patient, and made the whole process much more enjoyable. REVISED: I had a very difficult time activating my new debit card when CCCU replace my card with one issued by my previous credit union, which CCCU purchased. It's never been more than a quick call to activate a newly issued card. ++Once I connected with a representative it turns out that my previous CU hadn't updated my phone number in YEARS. That solved the problem.

Armand was AMAZING. Turned an otherwise pain-in-the-*** experience into a walk in the park. Completely professional, caring, helpful-- an actual ally in assisting us with getting the best value for our dollar, and making our house into a true asset. Way better than other financial institutes we've dealt with!

Not able to support my financial needs!

I've been working with Andy Ng to secure a mortgage for my first home purchase. Andy has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He's been friendly and quickly responsive to anything that I've needed throughout the process. CCCU also offered an extremely competitive interest rate and low PMI. While we've ultimately chosen a different lender, I would happily recommend Andy and CCCU to anyone. I will continue to use them for all of my other banking and credit needs.

Brad Bacon was amazing, our situation is a little unique. It took a lot of work for us to get our home loan because of or situation and Brad worked with us throughout the whole process. He went the extra mile and always had a great attitude. Anytime I had a question or needed to submit more paperwork he would walk me through it. It has been amazing working with Brad and will be calling him again for our next loan.

If you’re looking for the ‘We Are Rip City’ mural, you won’t find it here anymore. They have construction happening. Posting this as it might be useful to anyone wanting to visit in Oct 2018.

Such a better experience with them compared to bank of america and chase.
