Mark was fantastic throughout the loan process and responsive providing help exactly when we needed it no matter the time of day or day of the week. Mark Snow has helped me with the purchase of two homes. Both times Mark found excellent rates. I was not just selling a house and buying another. The purchases were fairly complicated involving two, then three homes, with one in another state. And then refinancing the lot at a great time, again as three properties not just one. What made me feel that Mark went above and beyond any other mortgage broker is how he was able to utilize the equity in owned homes to reduce the mortgage rates in the other(s).
