Working with Hannah has been an ease and a joy. She has excellent communication and has really been a super star in helping us get together everything we need for our loan. This place has been great to me ever since I joined in 2015! Never had any problems with them. Everyone is always so friendly, nice, professional, and provides excellent service! Vanessa, Kimberly, and Francesca are the best! The others are great too but I haven't seen them in awhile. Anyway, everyone is always quick and accurate! They always make my days too! My mood is always boosted when I come here. Probably why coming here is one of my most favorite things to do! Highly recommend!

Bad business. Make you jump through many hoops to change details. They claim its easy but you cant just change your payment info on your loan without calling/going into the branch, giving them voided check and wasting your time. Must go through many steps to do anything with them, they make it impossible to do things on your own. Every loan I have, I can freely change info on, besides them, they consistently try to charge me for unnecessary things. DO NOT USE THIS BANK, THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. They might as well be Chase bank. I cannot wait to close my accounts with them. Never have I had this much issues with a bank. I can't express enough of my frustrations with them and they do not make anything better, ever.

I would not suggest doing business with this bank. I got an auto loan through them and they continuously kept trying to charge me for their insurance and I had to provide my proof of insurance multiple times to prevent them from adding their overpriced plan onto my loan. On top of that, they make it extremely difficult to make any additional payments or change what bank your loan comes out of. You are forced to go in to their single branch or call in to do anything. Bad business practices, feels like they are just out to take more money from me and distance themselves to make it more difficult on the customer. Find somewhere else to bank. I urge you to.

I have been with PWCU for more than 30 years and over the years it has always been there for me from the beginning when I was a struggling single mother of color to today. Always the highest customer service through the merger, moves and harsh conditions in the world. I highly recommend PWCU as a financial institutions that walks its talk and values with a diverse employee team and mix of customers.

This is a SMALL credit union. I try to remember that when things don't go well. The branch is beautiful the staff under trained, but nice, parking can be a pain and if you drive fast you'll miss it as it and the sign are small. Their recent app and website update have been a welcomed change. There is a lot more that can be done online than before. With that said they have all the issues a small one branch credit union can have. They are under staffed, the staff isn't well trained, and it's hard to get follow through or follow up. Their deposit rates are great, but they have a lot of requirements to get those better rates, their loan rate are decent, not the best but not bad. Since they are such a small CU they are a cautious lender.

Horrible experience since facility moved to new North Portland location. First staff is rude, environment provides no privacy when talking to staff…too open and it makes you feel uncomfortable. I’ve banked with them over 15 years and today I closed my account! Feels good!

i have been a client at this bank since my childhood, i had my first bank account at 11yo and i'm now 21yo as my parents had accounts here as well. i wish i could say i love their services but that would be a lie. i have never felt more irritated while navigating inaccessible online sites as i have trying to access MY OWN information and money. i put in a form to request a change in my address when i moved in 2020 and it was never accepted so i missed out on over a year of mail sent to the wrong address and constant purchases being denied because supposedly my new billing address was incorrect. every time i try to figure out whatever issue that arises myself i am forced to resort to calling customer service and being put on hold forever because it seems like they overwork employees. do not recommend if you are a young person just trying to live a drama free life because this place makes me feel like i am losing my sanity.

We have been customers for over 40 years. We suffered through the new computer system and stayed the course. The service has been declining for several years. Signed up for Bill pay, it wouldn't pay the Bill,we were charged for it, CU would not return the charge. We carry a high 6 figure balance, we get free service elsewhere, and will be moving on.

I had a fantastic experience with the team at PWCU. Everybody I spoke with was helpful, professional, and prompt whenever I had a question. Even when I emailed or called towards the end of the day, my questions were answered quickly and I got all the resources I needed.
