Faith is competent, organized, and very punctual. This was evident from the first conversation with her and continued to show through the whole process. She is incredibly personable and communicates clearly, which is so important because you are in touch with your loan officer regularly. There was a lot about the home buying process that I did not know, but Faith took the time to help me understand. She understands what a big deal buying a home can be. I highly recommend her.
