Community First Credit Union Village Lake Cir, Jacksonville

I have been a member of community first credit union for over 15 plus years. I honestly have to say the customer service representatives are the best. They really care about giving you the best products that they can offer. I personally have to acknowledge Patricia, Elise, Lisa and the Bank Manager at the Bartram Park community first. They are the best and I really appreciate Patricia and the branch manager for working with us on a solution that works out for our best financial needs. If you are not a member of the community first credit union become a member, you won’t regret it.

If I could give this location (Bartram Park) lower than 1 star I absolutely would! My mom and I went through the process of obtaining a loan. The loan customer service department (Nancy) said one thing while the branch said another. They do not give clear & direct communication. They also profile you when walking through the door. We tried working with Paige but that was a mess! Do not do business with this bank or banch location. Try Vystar or Navy Federal for loan needs!!

Open an account with Elise very helpful and friendly. This branch has professionals. Stay focus on helping customers and answer any questions. No more papers everything done electronically. Great parking and I never seen a crowd every time I go there

Open on Saturday which is a definite plus. Not a customer but stopped in a pinch to get a $100 bill changed out. They were cheerful and helpful!

Pretty disgusting when the rep laughed when I told her my cashapp deposit was counted as a withdrawal and that I’ve collectively lost over $130 dollars like this.

I've been a personal and business account holder for 7 years. I can only speak to the Bartram Park branch. The staff and management have been amazing to work with. Personable, professional and very welcoming.

Best banking institution and specifically this branch of Community First is the best!! Super friendly staff, you’re in and out real quick. Very helpful and efficient. I look forward to coming here for all my banking needs, whether personal or investment.
