Great store. Even better manager and associates. I normally don't like the feeling of waking into pawn spots but this place was clean and friendly. The previous customer bought the item i wanted and the associates had the realized and speed me and offered me another one with a discount. I'll be stopping in again

My husband came in today and had a great experience her when he was trying to sell a few items. They were cracking jokes and talking about life as they were taking care of him.

They low ball on power tools and not very nice. I would go somewhere else and they're prices our outrageous for a pawn shop

So I'm new to Jacksonville and always used to frequent my local pawn shop, where I used to live, to either utilize their services or find something cool to buy. I visited a few shops in the area and I read reviews before I visited the places. I want to say this place hands down has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Aside from myself, they greet and acknowledge every guest that comes in and they do their best to accommodate them with whatever their needs are. My previous experience was with a gentleman named Matt. I returned to pickup my guitar that I had pawned. He was very professional and presented my item and made sure everything was good from paperwork to presenting my guitar. I had also been visiting local Gun Shops looking for information on fire arms. He definitely had the knowledge to share as I was looking at what they had displayed. Overall it was a great experience. If you're looking for a clean store with professional friendly service. This is definitely the place to go.

I highly recommend going here! I’ve sold, as well as pawned, numerous items here and their rates, as far as how much they will pay you, is outstanding! Linda helped me each time I’ve came in, broke, needing money to pay a bill, in a pickle, and Linda has always made it happen! Obviously, the functionality and condition of whatever it is you’re trying to sell or pawn or whatever is a big deal and very well may impact the amount of money they’d be willing to loan you or pay to purchase your item. But as long as your item works and is in decent shape, Linda will work with you and trust me when I tell you, you will leave SATISFIED! I highly recommend. 👍👍👍

Money Bridge Pawn is the BEST pawn shop I have ever (ever) done business with. Especially the Mandarin location. They are beyond helpful and have full knowledge of the products they have to sell. They are also very personable and are reasonable when it comes to haggling on price. I have only visited the Orange Park store once but they were very friendly and I do plan on returning. I walked in to check the place out. The staff was absolutely top notch and helpful. I heard pawn shops were like used car lots. That maybe true, but not here. I got a HECK of a good deal and honestly don’t know how they sell guns as cheap as they do and stay in business. I WILL be returning in the future.

Great first time experience! Nick and Linda were very helpful. Very spacious sales floor with a lot of tools, gun, and jewelry. They gave me a great price on a gun and also included a case and two magazines with it. I will definitely be back to see what other good deals they have!

I just called this pawn shop and with no remorse hung up in my face before I can finish asking a question. I have gone to this place of “business” before, and feel their customer service ethics need a bit of tuning. They stare at you like you are less of a person and my family and I will not support this woman owned business (like it says) again..also will be posted on my neighborhood page. Just hope it isn’t because I am of a darker color. Thanks y’all for making me feel small again.

In a tight spot? Need money for the holidays? Looking for a new firearm? Hell they even got a motorcycle. I love doing business here. I swing in every now and then just to check inventory, and see if anything new came in. Almost everytime they have something new! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

Place has excellent customer service and has helped me out of a few jams. Good deals on merchandise and great staff. Also people need to realize when they pawn Something that it’s a business. They have no idea if you can bring your money back so they have to treat you accordingly. They will offer you 35% of the used resale price, It’s not their problem if you overpaid to begin with.All in all great place
