By far the most pleasant experience opening an account I've ever had. I've been a member for over 10 years of another credit union that claims to put their members first; however, that has never been my experience. From the convenient drive-up ATM to the warm and professional greeting from Salvatore! The intimate, peaceful lobby in Royal Oak offered the ease of asking questions, the patience of being assisted without interruption and the comfort of knowing I've made a great decision. I'm a happy New Member.

Opened an account with Latoya and she was so helpful and pleasant! Even helped me get my first credit card! Would highly recommend going to LaToya!

Latoya was professional, personable and friendly while opening my business account today. She helped me set up my online banking right on the spot! Also, Nick came over to ask how I've been doing and it made me feel like I am cared for. Love my CCCU family.

Latoya was amazing! She was very patient with my mother and thoroughly explained everything to her about her account. Today I worked with Latoya Walker at the Royal Oak branch. She was extremely helpful in assisting my opening a Veterans Administration account. She went above and beyond in showing me special features of online banking with CCCU. I would highly recommend all their services.

I recently over the past year and half have started to reestablish my credit and was given the opportunity from Community Choice Credit Union to assist me in doing just that. The staff helped me first by getting a secured credit card through the bank and have now been able to apply and qualify for regular cards and loans as I may very soon be able to possibly qualify for a mortgage. I am grateful for the professionalism and assistance that the branch personnel had educated me on and plan to remain a lifetime member. Community Choice was extremely helpful in getting a new copy of my Lien Release. I had lost it and went into the branch at 12 and Crooks and was in and out in about 10 minutes. Latoya was fast and efficient and very friendly.

Been banking with Community Choice since I was young when my grandma set up a account in Milford. I truly don’t ever plan on going to another bank. I visit the 12 Mile & Crooks Office frequently. Excellent Staff. They know me by name and greet me when I walk in the door. This Credit Union is the best place to put your money. When I had an issue of someone using my debit card, I got a new card on the spot and had the money returned into my account within the hour. Great Customer Service. Their E-Banking is the best and easy to use. I have had accounts at other "banks" in the past, but never the great service like Community Choice Credit Union. You guys rock.
