Credit Union ONE Woodward Ave, Berkley

My wife and I have belonged to this branch of C.U. One for over 30 years and have had great service the entire time. From the friendly tellers to the very helpful customer service reps they always go above and beyond expectations to see our issues are fixed and our needs are met. A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TODAY for Mr. Tyler Klein who worked extra special hard to resolve a fraud issue. And it WAS resolved thanks to his efforts. Thank you Mr. Klein!! Plus he has a GREAT personality!!

If I could give negative stars I would. They put a full week freeze on a mobile deposit of mine for roughly $1,600 for reasons unknown which prohibited me from paying my bills on time and costing a lot of money in payment return fees. Bill pay accounts of mine from other companies have been frozen and it is a night mare getting it lifted because of Covid-19. Their only solution was a sorry. I will never suggest this credit union and I wish they did not buy out my previous bank. Worst banking experience of my life!

One of the worst bank and costumer service.

Don't know if I just consistently came on the wrong date/time, but there was always a line out the door, even with a full desk of tellers. Misc. fees on an account that I only opened as mandated by their auto loan policy; literally never used the account once, and was never notified of the fees. Only when I came to pay off the auto loan was I notified of this.

Worse service ever. Waited with six other people 1/2 hour for one banker who needed help from another one. So no one was seen. Complete incompetence! Never did get in. I left.

$50.00 a month taken out of my account. Teller says I am doing it!!! It is definitely NOT me. If I can't get an answer froma manager will be calling Rob Wolcheck

Very good bank. They take the time to explain L all the procedures to you. I’d recommend them to everyone.

I have been waiting to speak to someone about opening an account for over 20 min. There is not one patron in the bank. I have seen 3 loan officers walking around and not one of them has acknowledged my presence. Worst experience ever!

I am already a member since May, 2016. Payments are taken directly out of my check. However, I tried to get a $500 loan to pay for MRI to see why I am constantly in pain. The loan officer could see I was unable to walk, but turned down the loan for a couple of late payments. I think it was racial.

Very helpful staff! Jennifer went out of her way to make me feel like they wanted my business they took very good care of me I'm extremely pleased
