Fannie Andrews is awesome! She does my taxes every year!

I have been with HR Block and subsequently Block Advisor for many years. I have always received courteous and prompt service. My Tax Advisor, Colleen Daymon, is knowledgeable. However, your rates appear a bit high to me. Of course, I've not been anywhere else to be able to compare rates. I rely on Colleen's knowledge and help with my taxes. I just wish the rates were a little less.

My tax preparer, Phyllis, was kind, competent and knowledgeable. Instead of owing Uncle Sam, he's refunding me! Great job.

They charge alot but it makes you feel covered/protected. Judith prepared my 2015 n I owed a couple thousand. Oh well. But then irs says no I qualified for earned income credit n sent me a letter! Yeah me. Took letter to Judith n she amended return...I'm now getting a refund! Yeah me! Then almost a year later letter from IRS I owe about $13,000 cause I declared $30,000 less then my w1099?...sounds like a tax prep problem? After almost a year to try to get in contact with my tax "Profesional" I got a hold of the store manager that told me she'd been out of the office for months due to personal reasons. After strong arming the manager to assign another found out I owe more! So now after hiring tax pro I'm up to almost 20 thousand dollars

Even though due to the pandemic I had to use Block Advisors online service to prepare and file my taxes, Joanne was able ro peoceed with this year's tax preparation without missing a beat.

Fannie Andrews is wonderful. Professional and personable. Utterly trustworthy. Grace under pressure (not so easy this time of year). She is great!

Colleen went above and beyond, I dropped my taxes off on Thursday afternoon and she had them done before 5pm on Friday afternoon! Thank you very much Colleen and the whole H&R crew! I will see you next year.

I had a unprofessional experience with Colleen. As she was preparing my taxes it was like an interrogation as if I was lying about my income and housing information. I did not feel respected as a customer. I have had bad experiences with H&R Block in the pass but I figure I would give them another try. Bad decision it’s been 3 months I still don’t have my tax money and I reached out to Colleen. She did not address my concern or frustration. I do not feel valued as a customer. I will never return to H&R Block.

Doing my taxes with Block Advisors is always easy and convenient. Phyllis Katz is always there to help and makes everything so clear and simple.

Phyllis was extremely personable and fun to work with and the whole process was fairly straightforward. The price she originally quoted was higher than the final cost and I was also happy with that.
