I appreciate all the work that Nancy Miller has done for me all the times I have come into community choice for me and my wife. She is a very hard worker and I love exactly what she doing. She takes care of me all the time. And thank you Nancy we love you. Keep up the great work.

I went into CCCU for an auto loan with a complex buyer/seller situation. Thankfully Nancy Miller helped me work it out. It was late in the day, and she handled it with care while also helping the people at the teller window when she could. I had a check in hand before we left Well done Nancy!!!

Nancy was a pleasure and really helpful. I came in to set up my twins banking accounts and she was very informative and helpful to all of our banking questions and needs.

I went this credit union because the reviews say it was good but I had to come back and change my review after being with them a short time. The ATM always broken need to replace instead of keep repairing there is no 24 hours for you to contact someone in case of emergency so if it’s after hours you won’t be able to speak with no one and they closed Sunday. And I’m sorry I referred my daughter to this credit union smh

Nancy was a wonderful help to me today. After I received word that my debit card was being used by someone unauthorized, I came right to the eastpointe branch to get it sorted out. Nancy initially didn’t see any notes under my account but said she would still cancel my card and print my new one for me. She did so, quickly and efficiently. However she could tell I was uneasy seeing that there wasn’t notes. I thought the call was a scam, she did a little digging and confirmed the notes. Nancy has always been a great help, anytime I come in I seek out her window for this reason.

Nancy was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products they offer, the process of opening a new account was easy, Nancy was very professional, she explained how all the perks of becoming a new member was such a great benefit for my daughter first checking account, I referred my grandson and will continue to referred friends and family it's great to be a member of a great credit union.

Ms. Shania Clark was so patient, courteous and professional with me and my wife. She helped us to complete the multiple transactions we came in to the office to do. Shania is a wonderful and valued person on your staff.

I Have been a member for over 4 years Brooke B. opened my account When I first joined, she is very pleasant to work with, She recognized me today from the old branch I used years back. Its a wonderful feeling to work with someone that is very knowable in there line of work. Most banks employees don't care who you are, they treat customers like a step and repeat. This is why I use credit unions and community choice credit union employees are all willing to take the time to help you with you needs and questions.

This is my first time joining a credit union and Nancy was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful from the moment I walked through the door. I was a walk in and they were actually booked for today but was able to fit me in. I'm glad I became a member of community choice.

The Home Equity Loan process at your Eastpointe location was 'seamless'. Your Advisor, Nancy Miller, had the paperwork ready for signatures and proceeded with my copies. I was In/Out within 15 minutes. KUDOS!

I just opened an account here today. The bank itself is nice. It’s clean, smells nice & you’re greeted as soon as you walk in. Makayla helped me with my account & she is the bomb! She’s super sweet, informative & easy to talk to! As far as first impressions, I’d definitely recommend community choice.

My latest experience was with customer service in regards to my auto loan account. Sheila was incredibly knowledgeable and understood my questions. I've always really enjoyed the service at CCCU. been with them for about a decade. Recently, although it seemed like there were complications, their banker Nancy Miller took the time to hear me out and understand my request in order to open a new account.
