Fifth Third Bank & ATM Gratiot Ave, Roseville

I have a mortgage with fifth Third Bank and have made all of my payments at this branch on Gratiot and frazho. Since August I have attempted to put extra money toward my escrow when I go out and online and look it is not there I have called customer service and I was instructed to send them a copy of the receipt that I received from this bank I did that 5 days later my extra escrow showed up. I have done this August September October November and December every month I had to call customer service to get this put on my payments this is very frustrating to work with a bank whose employees at particularly at this Branch are rude don't care what you say they will talk over you do whatever they have to to ignore you this is not acceptable behavior

This bank is very clean, the staff are efficient and polite. They are helpful in solving any problem you might have with your account and any transactions. I give it a thumbs 👍 up.

$610 in fees on three different accounts , they called them PHOTOCOPY/RESEARCH FEE, JUST, For asking for a summary of Deposits from 19for IRS, I AM POOR, ARE YOU A FIFTH THIRD BETTER FOR THIS

Very bad customer service. Roberta and Elena are very unprofessional and unproductive. The manager of this branch is lazy and unprofessional as well. Seems like they are just there to get a check. Update 8/14/17 4 employed in the back. Ok person working. Three people in line. One employee is working in the back. Terrible service.

Very friendly and professional! , was able to set up a profile and cash my checks without any problems in about 10 minutes! Thank you!

Helped me get a checking account (joint with my fiancee) Everyone is very friendly especially the manager. He's also helping us get a loan at the moment and everything has been super quick. I'm very satisfied. Never once felt disrespected and I would definitely recommend this bank to others.

This bank is terrible and very racist, they declined me service and treated like a scam artist.. The manager has a terrible attitude and had the teller tell me that because I never banked there she cant assist me due to an influx of fraud over the past week... She didnt do her job diligently at all to even attempt to verify the transaction is valid. I will definitely be reporting this place to any and everyone who will listen.

Have had nothing but problems. Business account they literally stole from and have had problems with several employees. The latest was Mike today. I will avoid all 5th 3rd locations from now on. You couldnt pay me to deal with these thiefs!

Andy Dombrowski I have been with 5/3 for 7 years, I have never been treated rude by ANY staff at ANY location.... Just the visit today makes me want to bank elsewhere. I can't believe you have a manager who acts like this in public relations! Corporate Will Be Called! Rude place, Rude People....

Very terrible costumer service. MARIE WAS AWFUL AND VERY RUDE. I'VE BEEN MAKING SAME TRANSACTION THERE FOR 3 YEARS AND IT'S ALWAYS A PROBLEM. I BELIEVE THEY ARE RACIST.
