Check `n Go Harper Ave, St Clair Shores

Drive to this location in St. Clair Shores even though there is a closer one because of the service. Annette does a terrific job. I would've lost my sanity long ago if i worked as many hours without help as she has.

I can rate the store 4 stars because of Annette customer service. But to sit in the store for 2 hours to pay a loan back is ridiculous. Last week there was another lady there that looked as if she had no idea how she could assist. What's the point of putting someone beside Annette if they are not there to work. This place need help are else I and the other 10 people sitting there after 7pm on Friday will just go somewhere else. This makes no sense. People are trying to pay back money and some taking another loan have to deal with this. Corporate should be ashamed. As this seem to be the norm for Check n Go's in Michigan. Hire people who know what's expected of them Check n Go. And stop Burning out those who are dedicated such as Annette at St. Clair Shores and Brandon at the Jefferson store in Detroit.

Honestly the nicest staff I’ve ever been dealt with. So friendly and welcoming. I’m in and out in a timely manner as well. Definitely my favorite location!

This location is incredible ! Billie and Annette are wonderful people. It’s honestly a treat coming in on my due dates. Thank you both for being so cool !

Chantel is the clerk who works this particular store that has been short handed for months regardless of all the complaints due to long waits she handles every client with grace and kindness regardless of some of the clients verbal short comings every phone call or direct contact she is always gracious this should be recognized

Hope has terrible customer service. I’ve always got my check cashed out here but I will say one manger name is Hope; has poor customer service towards young people very very rude and lied about my check being signed

Chelsea was very nice and polite in explaining everything I needed to get a loan. Super helpful, She has great customer service.

I have my recent advance with my husband here and I truly can say the worst I mean the worst ever service..We try to go in the day before the advance and couldn't enter due to a big transaction so we go on Friday when due and get no call from corporate or district manager to tell us if we can have a extension because my husband had to leave( and I waited 45 min when only two ppl in that store) and asked if we can sign a extention and just left..I try to call to see if I can go pay that today Monday so it doesn't screw my account up and guess what I get a manager to tell me she can't give me that information so I can pay it..Employees quitting and they have no one to run this location.I definitely will not ever go back there even if it's closer to my house..

I really love it here... Chantel and Annette are very fast.. it’s a pleasure coming here
