Great customer service from the employee I dealt with and a little more money for an item I pawned but they could give a little more money on pawned items because people do want their items back but some don’t and then if they don’t could sale for more cash. But overall I recommend this place

They always unprofessional as hell!! On a good day you might find a good two employees with decent attitudes and people skills and that’s usually who ever running the show room! If you go there it’s probably because they was known to give back reasonable sales but that faze has passed! They officially offer you lower you can go the other pawn shops on Gratiot and they’ll offer you more! All together avoid this place unless you know how to fight because the staff is very aggressive
