    I'm so upset with this company that I hardly know where to begin. They've made it clear that to them I am just a worthless restaurant employee. I'm not going to get into the issue at hand but they would rather cover for someone that works there than resolve what happened or even give an explanation for why it happened. But that's fine. The person responsible will continue to do what they have done and become more brazen as they continue to get away with it. One day the same will happen to a politician or prominent businessman/woman instead of a worthless restaurant employee. And they will no longer be able to deny it.

    They just put you on hold until you decide to hang up. Longest I’ve waited is 45 min. I don’t even bother calling this branch anymore.

    DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They don’t work with you on anything. The senior loan officer Tammy is rude and inconsiderate. They don’t list requirements in their hardships. Overall a bad company I will not be banking with them ever again. It’s all hidden conversation.

    Julie has always been so kind and willing to help us with any of our needs and guide us with big transactions. Dakota was super knowledgeable and helped explain in detail what was best for my situation. I love it that they know my entire family on first name basis as well. Good people!

    Really difficult to add a bank account from a different bank to online bill pay. Long story short, I tried on the app for several days. Called and talked to 3 different people, on 3 different occasions who all explained, "that they couldn't add a bank account to my payment." I don't have auto pay set up, but its rather difficult to get anything done when I can't link an external account. Their app is not very user friendly. Probably will be carrying my loan over to capitol one, for future online bill pay and ease of accessibility.

It does not allow you to link external accounts. If you are trying to pay a CFCU loan with an external account, you can use the External Transfers feature within Online and Mobile Banking.     This place has went down hill, used to always go here and deal directly with April, but since she left it’s been a nightmare to do anything with them. Nikki is very rude and hangs up while still talking. I will be moving my last little bit of loans we have here to another institution!

    Financed several vehicles here over the past 10 years. Attempted to reopen account to do so again and it has been nothing short of painful. From bank transfers that magically never took place, to their antiquated automated phone system, to being put on hold for over 20 minutes now for several people (Casey in Tulsa included). When a customer calls a specific branch, they'd not only prefer to speak to a human but to THAT branch. Not the only branch that could prioritize a customers call located 2 hours away in Tulsa. I decided I didn't want to endure any more hassle and they in turn said, "We'll just keep your deposit since there's an account initiation fee". So, they're great if you want your money stolen and to be made to feel less than valued.

    Everyone in the bank is very friendly and will work with you on any questions. We've banked here a very long time. Gail is very nice all the time, so are all the tellers. They all greet you with a smile.

    I had to give this a one in order to post, teller name Nikki was the worst teller I've even had. She would only answer my questions with short two words reply. as I was thinking out loud to why my transaction happen referring to my mom as "she", she asked well who is she...I didnt understand her answers and she refused to clear or restate her answer. I just walked out of the branch. I will wait in line before I ever use her as my teller again. Her attitude was garbage!

    Staff was not as friendly as in the past. When I asked a question she didn’t actually listen before giving me an answer that I already had. Never actually got the answer I needed.
