Commerce Bank Monrovia, Lenexa

The ATM machine was not working, and no sign warning anyone though it was known. The teller seemed overworked...so no time to to make a sign alerting persons. You can't see the tellers for one way glass anyway ,so youre not even greeted nor know when your items are received. What happened to good old fashioned banking? Theres a call button if you want to get "barked at" for asking for help.

A great bank for loans, safety deposits of important documents. The customer service has always been friendly .I have.Banked with them since they opened. They have handle My parents account until they died. Commerce was very helpful when dad died in 2012 with is estate.

Just kind of the worst in general. Staff is rude, calls are never answered, and commerce has terrible customer service and some nicely hidden fees. I would give a lower rating to commerce if it were possible. Obviously I am not the only one who feels this way, feel free to check the multitude of other one star reviews left by others.

this is mainly a higher up thing in my opinion, but 3 years ago when i was 17 i had an account with commerce. Im 20 now obviously being a young kid at the time with no knowledge on money but i had a 140.00 over drafted checking account, they motioned to close the account at that point there wasn't much i could do. i had my tax return check in hand went and cashed it at the Shawnee mission parkway branch where i had the account made they took my 140 gave me 160 back and then closed the account for good, well recently i came to this branch right across the street from my house and was told i still owe this 140.00 dollars to them when it was taken from my check 3 years prior. Im not going to pay another 140.00 when i had already payed it.

WORST BANK EVER! THE MANAGER AND THE STUFF ARE RUDE AND ALSO THEY WILL CHARGE ON YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOU KNOWING. PLEASE EVERYONE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT YOU WILL SEE CHARGES AND WHEN YOU TELL THEM ABOUT THE CHARGES THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU AND THEY REALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER. . I AM CLOSING ALL MY ACCOUNT FROM THIS BANK.......

My wife and I started banking with Commerce Bank when they bought Shawnee Banks. No matter what our banking needs have been, checking, savings, car and home loans, they have always been ready to help. Their employees are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

Absolutely terrible business. They operate backwards and when dealing with issues it's like talking to a brick wall. I have also had multiple issues with my balance not at all being correct late at night, sometimes going into the negative and my card bring rendered unusable. Stay away and find a different bank I garuntee you'll have a better time.

I use them for personal banking. No complaints. Just another local bank. Staff has always been friendly any time I frequent.

Horrible service! Staff is not proactive on calling and informing you on anything. Right hand doesn’t know what left is doing. I pulled all my business from them. This bank is nothing but buzz. The only plus is that they have ATMs everywhere. They are not customer friendly and will not work with you. I have been with them for a long time and they WOULD NOT work with me.

This bank is a joke ! They have lost our deposits on more than one occasion. As soon as they find my money I'm switching banks.
