I called for a replacement debit card they accidentally canceled it. I notified the bank,within 24hrs the bank manager called me personally and apologized. Not only that, they expedited me a replacement by FedEx. I am truly impressed. Mainstreet is hands down the best! Thank you!

1st time in several years that I’ve been to a branch. I do almost everything online. No wait for a cashier. I needed a cashiers check and it all wnt smoothly. They had a self serve change sorter to take my accumulated change and convert it to cash ora deposit. Take its receipt back to the cashier to complete the transaction. Cashier was friendly and helpful.

HORRIBLE bank! Went in person to bank branch in Lenexa to inform them we were traveling to Mexico. They assured us all was fine with our card. We get to resort in Mexico and our card is blocked by Main Street. Guess what…Main Street Credit Union is not open on Sunday’s. We left 3 messages and after 3 days still NO CALL BACK FROM MAIN STREET CREDIT UNION. When we call, we’re informed we are #32 in line to have our call answered. We are basically stuck in Mexico and can’t use our card due to the failure of this third rate bank. Thank goodness the resort took pity on us and let us go ahead and check-in without having to use our Main Street Credit card for a room deposit. Discover card services came to our rescue and helped out with their excellent customer service as did Bank of America. Our first order of business when we get back is to close ALL of our accounts with this sorry bank and open accounts with a more reputable bank that has experience in 24/7 customer service. Main Street responds to my review and asks that I get back to them by calling the number below…ummm, WHAT DO TOU THINK I’VE BEEN TRYING TO DO FOR 3 DAYS? NO ONE ANSWERS AND WE SIT IN A QUE FOR OVER 2 HOURS!!!! And they sign off by saying “cheers”…WTF?!?!?!

Had a life changing injury and they did not hesitate to take the car back, screw up my credit and still are making me pay $8,000 for nothing in return. Straight up theft. May all your beers be warm and fireworks be duds.

Very happy to have an account with mainstreet credit union I'm glad I went back to them after leaving 2years ago to try another bank and get messed over by the other bank I recommend mainstreet credit union to anyone the staff are great and I know that my account and money is safe there.

Weston was absolutely amazing! I came into the Lenexa Branch to setup my business checking account. I didn't have all the information but he helped me every step of the way! I came back later that day, he immediately recognized me, and helped me complete the process! I went to the teller to finish some things up. Man, I wish I knew the ladies name but she was spectacular too! Got my accounts synced and setup! Just outstanding customer service! Thank you MainStreet!

I always receive excellent customer service. You can do everything online with this credit union, by a phone app, drive through services and atm. It is just easy to get and receive my money.

I have been a long time member at this institution and have never commented or given a review but my experience today compels me to comment in hopes Mainstreet can make some changes. I simply needed to cancel a billpay check that I wrote so I called and was placed 28th in line for a call back, then after probably a couple hours I received a return call but I was on the phone with an important call so I had to call back and this time was placed 34th in line for a call back. Fortunately, this time it only took about an hour to get the return call, They then transferred me to the bill pay representative but I got disconnected. I looked and looked for alternate numbers to call but was unsuccessful so its back to the back of the line and now I am in 36th place (I believe) for a call back. So here I am after about 5 hours of dealing with this issue and cannot even talk to a person. I would welcome a call from CU leadership to explain why the customer service is non-existent. If other members are reading this, let's be glad all the resources are going toward technology and not toward people that can actually help their customers. We certainly live in interesting times.......

Walked in without an appointment and within minutes we were welcomed by Harley Holub and had a very pleasant membership enrollment. Harley was extremely helpful in walking us through the paper work and had us out of the office in a very short time.

I had the worst experience with Mainstreet. I was told I could not make payments online, then they lost two of my checks and docked my account saying I have delinquent payments that were never taken off. After one month missed payment they repossess my car (during Covid). then proceeded to tell me I had to pay off the full car loan before receiving my car back. The person on my account, John, was very rude and disrespectful during the process of getting my car back. I would not use Main Street ever again.

Was first introduced to MainStreet via loan at dealership. They actually had better rates than what I had shopped for before going to dealer. We are now utilizing them to cut ten years off our mortgage & the experience & communication has been excellent!

I had issues with a paycheck and the representative I spoke to put notes in my account so when I got to a teller at a branch location, she understood what was going on. Everything went really smoothly and I’m so grateful to bank with Mainstreet for about 15 years.

They will be putting a hold on my check! I have always for years deposited checks from my other account and they never put a hold. I have never had a returned check or received a check that was returned. They are not being helpful I have been with them since 1996 but I guess its time to move on to another bank!!

Used for a car loan, probably the worst web portal for payments I've seen since 1997. They broke their previously functional automatic payment system, you can't review loan balance and completely nonstandard pw requirements.

Ms A helped me at the in person teller of the branch. Even she had to wait to complete my request. I am sure staffing is an issue. The call in service queue can be a bit of a long stretch at times. All in all service is usually good and the rates and fees among the lowest in the metro.
