I recently utilized Affinity Mortgage to acquire a VA home loan for the purchase of my home in Maryland. I found out about Affinity from a coworker who uses them for real estate investment. Everything from the application process, quotes, to final closing, Andrew was extremely professional, communicative, and efficient. Actually, most of the time we communicated via text message and phone call, as Andrew would assist as required or answer questions...even on weekends or after-hours. Good luck finding someone anywhere else that would do that. If it weren't for some pre-purchase repairs from inspections, we would have been able to close in 30 days easily. FIRST HOME SECURED!!!! This is the best lender I could find. I had a 2 week battle with 9 different lenders of all sorts. I tried every method possible to secure the lowest rate meanwhile rates were going up at a fast pace. This was no challenge for Adam Phillips at Affinity Mortgage. While other people were being sharky and predatory Adam made it simple and easy. He got me a lower rate than everyone else, and when I found a similar rate he lowered his. His estimates were not under exaggerated like the competitors. He also gave me helpful advice along the way. The best part is that he did all this without charging me points or fees of any sort. Paul is great at affinity mortgage. He is so helpful and worked quickly to ensure my mortgage was completed in time of my closing. While the banks we’re closing at a rate of 34 days, Paul completed my mortgage within 28 days. He took the extra time on the weekends to ensure that everything was properly done so that when my mortgage moved to the final step, it would quickly be approved. Paul is courteous, detail oriented and works quickly to get things done. Five stars all around!

This was not only a great process but it was fast, professional and Ms. Vaught was very knowledgeable with getting the job done. This fall (2021), With interest rates so low, my wife and I were looking to do a cash back refinance on our house and pay for some improvements. I received an email that looked like it came from our bank stating that we qualified for a 1.9% refinance, so I clicked on it and started receiving dozens of high-pressure loan offers from all kinds of loan companies, none of which were close to the percentage we already had. I was about ready to forget about refinancing when a three-line popup appeared on a website I was looking at, so I thought why not one more and filled out the information and forgot about it. Next day I got an email from Marty Overfelt at Affinity Mortage, explaining that he had been assigned to my account by Lending Tree, the three-line popup I had filled out the day before. Marty explained who they were, what I wanted to do, then asked if I was a veteran. Marty took some information, suggested that I qualified for a very low interest VA cash back refinance loan and started the process. Loan counselor Marty was great. Processor was great. Title forgot to tell us that they do not wire monies for debt to be paid, therefore came home from vacation this checks waiting to be mailed causing additional fees to be paid.
