Wow, I never write reviews, but I have to because of the awful customer service I received from Stephanie. The branch manager was pleasant and informative, but the personal banker acted like a deer I’m headlights. She couldn’t be direct and gave NO helpful information regarding their products. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them or do banking with them.

BEST BANK EVER. I love banking with Columbia. These people are kind, polite, and very kind. I am twelve and I have a debit card through them. What I love most is they don't look at me 'differently' because of my age, unlike most banks.

If nosy tellers asking inappropriate questions about where you money comes from and what you use it for while offering unsolicited financial "advice" and looking down their noses at you is your thing, than this is the place. On the other hand, if you prefer discretion, professionalism, and tact you may consider another branch. My wife and I are so frustrated with it that we are considering another bank...

Horrible people hold checks from other banks that are meant to pay off vehicle. Won't say why and lie about not having it.over paid car loan by 383.00 dollars they only gave back 50.00. Major theifs

Couldnt be happier with columbia credit union. Had them since i moved here from south florida and they have been easy to deal with.

Take your money elsewhere! Columbia Credit Union will screw up your accounts. They will lie. They will make things take weeks and weeks that should’ve taken hours or minutes. They are truly incompetent, rude, negligent. Unbelievably bad credit union. There are enough bad reviews that it would make sense to come together and inquire about why this “local credit union“ sends business to other states, allows their contractors to call from anonymous numbers and ask for personal security information, and can’t even post a check to an account without making rookie errors. Their incompetence is online, and in the lobby. Truly unfathomably a big fail in banking. Trust your gut: go somewhere else.

Every bank in Clark county let’s me sign my checks over to my wife . This bank for some reason tells me no when they have no limit or rules on it.

Very helpful and polite, several convenient locations around Clark County. I only have a checking account, but I am pleased with my experiences.

Worst customer service ever can’t believe they were going to charge me to cash one of there own checks I was contemplating joining a credit union but after that experience I would never even recommend them to anyone
